Even when you provide Trade Assurance with clear evidence a supplier has commited fraud, they will still side with the supplier. Please do not trust that Trade Assurance will help you or protect you as a customer in any way. You just pay extra when paying to Alibaba. That's it. And it's impossible to get help from customer service.

Never trust all suppliers in alibaba. We had a bad experience with one supplier and we lost a big amount. Alibaba is not responsible for the transaction made through TT where the maximum amount that can be transferred through alibaba is limited to *******usd for that supplier. We got half qty of materials that we ordered and alibaba was never given any support on this case. Jiangsu Pumao Steel Co., Ltd., is the supplier, and Mr. Jason he is the one behind this cheating.

When looking for desire products, Alibaba will provide plenty of Suppliers and Prices for comparison. Furthermore, I like the RFQ. It allows Suppliers to look for me and provide more details for me to connect with them. Awesome!
I am 100% happy with what I ordered. However, ordering using Alibaba can be a bit overwhelming. There are so many options. The search process can be confusing, as can the ordering process.
I was able to work with the vendor offline to get everything organized that I needed and my questjons answered.
Then, the order process and the order insurance was done on the platform. That was pretty easy and worked well.
This supplier is very kind. If you wanna buy toys from China. I reccomend you this supplier. Everytime I get in touch with Mrs Rose. She speaks English. If I ask her questions, She answers me very quickly.

I purchased this compressor from Alibaba.com because it was MUCH less expensive than any others I could find. That, plus the fact I didn't have to buy an AC to DC power supply with it, made it a no-brainer (I already have a power supply for use with mains current). The sipping cost wasn't prohibitive and the shipping time was not bad, but it feels like I got the item faster than expected. Thank you Alibaba.
Quick, easy, and secure. This was my first time using trade assurance and it was very reliable and easy. Wish i used it on previous orders where i wasn't 100% satisfied. The product works great and the price was good.

Personally, I find the Cucumber and Tomato had a really strong taste of it, so for people who love strong flavor, you can try it, see if it to your liking. Personally, I prefer the Original, Spicy and BBQ. For the Yogurt biscuit, so far Pink is the best.
