Quick, easy, and secure. This was my first time using trade assurance and it was very reliable and easy. Wish i used it on previous orders where i wasn't 100% satisfied. The product works great and the price was good.

I bought an product in Alibaba. I did all the negotiation in their network. The supplier was announced by having 5 years Gold Supplier and having Trade Assurance.
The product that i got, did not comply with what i asked or was promised.
I was scammed, and when i tried to complain with Alibaba, it was impossible. And then they told me to get an lawyer to resolve my problem.
Alibaba support companies that scam their overseas customers, by making hard to complain and don't allow customers to review companies.

This website it great and many of the suppliers on this website are trustworthy and reliable. I have not had any problems with any of the suppliers i have ordered from. Its also comforting to know that Alibaba will help with reimbursment when necessary

I recently placed my first order with Alibaba and I have to say that I am very pleased with the customer support and product. I live half way around the world from China and I have to say that within days from ordering the products were delivered, very fast.

This supplier has gorgeous high quality selvedge denim fabrics, they have a super wide offer of fresh styles, very difficoult to find even here in Italy, and also they are always fast in comunications and always available to solve problems.
We are very satisfied and we highly recommend this company!

We purchased some bags from Jinhua Bestcreate Art & Craft Co., Ltd. they were very good with the customer service till they got the money. When we received the bags the handles started coming off and the bottom started falling off since they did not stitch the handles properly or have enough fabric for the bottom to be stitched. When we contacted then they offered us a 500 usd refund but this means that we will loose 2000 usd we wanted them to repair the bags. In the end I said to Alibaba that I would like to leave feedback and not have the refund. In true Chinese government style Alibaba refused to put negative feedback for the supplier. They will only post positive feedback. What a shambles they also pretended that they will implement a feedback system in the future.

All silicon products are delivered in good quality. It was delivered on time. All questions were answered instantly by staff. I ordered a banana teether. It came in the same packaging with the same look product in the picture and the video. It is food graded silicone. I have tried to sterilise in the boiling water and it stayed in the same shape and in the same colour.

I have been scammed by one of the company who sell their products on alibaba,
The company name is Lixin beauty equipment.
They shipped me defective product and after I contacted the company representative her name is Linda, she was not responding to my calls.
She has said she shipped the parts but unfortunately she was lying to me.
Now I have defected machine in my office.

Lovely babies is the worst company you can deal with - Moon and Annie. Please run away from this company. Its been a nightmare dealing with this two.

We went through several rounds of rework because they do not know how to sew dresses (Adult and Kids). Sizing was an issue for them so we wasted thousands of dollars.

We wasted so much money buying samples and still they couldn't replicate. You send them email and they do not respond for days. Text messages and no response.

My recommendation is to get them to sign agreement/contract otherwise you may not get your clothes once you pay them their money.

Once they collect money from you, you are in for I don't care attitude. We have gotten our lawyers involved as we speak because we have almost $16,000 in their hands as we speak

Sad to say, I am deactivating my account with Alibaba. I have been buying my stocks, supplies and equipment through Alibaba. But I have never expected that I will get unfair treatment for my request for refund.

The product is good quality and appears to be good value for money. The trader is an excellent and responsive communicator and the shipping was fast - even through coviid global restrictions

I ordered a product from aliexpress that never arrived. I waited for the order since it said "out for delivery". When I realized it was taking too long and something was wrong alibaba wouldn't help. They never offered to resend the package and wouldn't give me a refund either. I feel completely robbed by Alibaba. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Unfortunately Alibaba Trade Insurance isn't as good as it should be. I received damaged glass vials, yet Alibaba favored the supplier and would not compensate me on the freight. I received some compensation for the glass vials. In essence, I had to pay very expensive freight for broken glass vials that I have to throw in the bin. What's the point of trade assurance?

The product is of very good quality.
The service very well also they have to respect the size with a small EU mention put by the supplier like ask in the email of the beginning. I recommend you to be a supplier for Europe.
I received the sample quickly super well packed with their contact card inside very professional. The sample size M for Europe is perfect and very very well sized. The lace is very well made.
Conclusion: Remain to see on more quantity for the next part, but very good start with the supplier SHANHAO Quality Lingerie.
