From the product selection to the shipping and receiving there was no issues. Shipping was shorter then I expected. I was apriensive not using FedEx or ups. But my sales person assured my that there would be no issues

This was our first experience buying in Alibaba, and was great beyond our espectations, our supplier was A+++, the communication, the respond time, the delivery times and the quality of the product were excellent. Very pleased with our experience. We definetly going to do more business with this platform. We hope to find more excellent supplier for future business.

Its a great expirince to trade on this platform. But i will be better if the suppliers would investigate the total cost of the order to reach the buyer including the taxes of a particular order in a particular country if possible. Thank you.

I made several purchases in Alibaba.com always carefully in order to can use Alibaba Protection for Buyers.
The system doesn't work and I had 2 situations then had to apply to Alibaba.
In the most serous situation, because the value of the transaction and because it was too obvious that was a fraud, I decided to open a dispute. Is not easy and requires several steps and Alibaba.com always decide for the seller.
Don't use Alibaba.com I'd you don't know the seller. The sellers pay and Alibaba.com wants to keep the clients satisfied.

The reason I stopped purchasing on Alibaba is the price on the website is very rarely the price honored as advertised, You'll see prices like ". 50-. 90 USD ea MOQ 200." When I try to order 500, the price quotes is $1.75 each. When I ask why the price on the website is. 50-. 90 USD, they tell me "that's not our company" or "not our website" or "that's for lesser quality." Purchasing from Alibaba really is an exercise in futility.
I'm only buying U.S.A. from now on.

I received 20,000 defective packaging bags. The bags tear is chucks and the foil material delaminates from the plastic. I have submitted pictures and videos of the defective bags and even took pictures and videos of conforming bags to compare with. I finally found a vendor that can produce good bags. I sent them one of the defective bag and they commented on the substandard product. And still Alibaba will not honor the contract. Disgusting!

Wax exhausts are a really great company to purchase from, Carol can speak good English and can interpret technical details, I have now had 3 exhausts made by this company two of which were customised to my specifications without any problems, the factory has all the latest tig welding CNC profiling and laser cutting machinery.
This company are the only manufacturer of Porsche 718 2.0 - 2.5 L down pipes with a 200 cell sports cat AND GPF!
The quality of their work is tremendous and everything that I have purchased has taken less than 10 days to manufacture AND deliver to the UK

Shenzhen Ziho Technology Co., Ltd promise you what ever it takes to get your money, then they lie and make up excuses, They promised to deliver product to my door for $650.00, when after they got my money they said I needed to get them $320.00 more to get an FDA approval. I told them no,,, Then they said I needed to pay customs fees after they told me that it was included In the $650,00,,, Then they said I needed a VAT number,,, American companies don't do VAT numbers (unless trading with the UK)

Products are in very good quality. Free of damage.
Packaging was good and shippment to germany was very fast.
Support is very friendly, kindly and fast.

What it seemed to be a good and honest start turned out to be a sham.
I bought approximately $1,200 worth of Printhead, captop etc... for my Roland XC540
Payment transaction was thru Paypal.
First, She delayed the shipment for a few weeks to expire Paypal return policy.
Then when, I got the parts, they were mostly Chinese made, and didn't fit the original description of Japanese made. On her request, I emailed pics after Pics for her to see the disastrous results.
Then I realized she's just a common thief, She never honored her return policy, and I never got my money Back!
Customer Beware

Several months back i ordered a mini excavator along with a trailer. (paid for each) a few months went by and i got an email saying that my order had arived soo i went to pick it up and boom when i opened the crait when i got home no trailer and no course of action all my previouse conversations are gone no way to communicate my issue wth n.c.

Very interesting to place order with trade assurance, very safe and i recommand it to all my colleagues.
I will repeat the order with alibaba again and again.

I love sourcing on Alibaba especially using the Trade Assurance feature. Every time I source products on the website especially using the new features installed I am always getting the best quality products.

The site allowed me to monitor and track the progress of my order. The order arrived faster than anticipated. The site provides plenty of information to help with vender selection that is based on past performance and customer satisfaction rating. The site also provides how long the vender provides their services on the website which also helps with selection of who to work with.

I've dealt with Chinese companies before and usually it is fairly difficult and nerve racking - because of the language differences; however, communication with Jennifer Lee of AQUAPURE CN, LTD was exemplary and, above all, fast. Also, the transit time was phenomenal (if you've ever ordered through Chinese companies it can take weeks to get product). My order was placed on the 5th and received on the 13th. Wow... just... WOW!

I just wish that Alibaba was easier to use and that all of the companies listed by them had a direct ship feature as well as FOB pricing... Also, beware that even though you may put on the contract that you want the seller to handle everything from the factory to doorstep delivery, that the contract may come back as showing pickup at the factory (which is impossible for most people outside of China). Make sure you have clarification that they are in fact delivering to your doorstep if that is your desire.
