I love ALIBABA! I have Inquired among many different Companies of things that am look to purchase as a small business. Every Company so far, that I've deal with, here on Alibaba, Treated me with a high sense of urgency & handle things professionally. I am truly impressed the results. Way to go ALIBABA!

I am in the US and I ordered 4 accessory products for my car from a Chinese company of which only 1 actually fit properly. 2 items I had to modify to fit but the 4th item was unusable. I filed a dispute report with AliExpress and provided detailed information with a photo. Over a period of almost 2 months I have had numerous messages from AliExpress requiring more and more information, even a photo of my car to prove what kind of car I have - even though I have paid for the products. Clearly all AliExpress is trying to do is to evade any responsibility for supplying a defective product and having to refund my money. I would highly recommend NOT doing business with AliExpress/Alibaba when the the products are from China.

I used Alibaba several times as a platform to connect with buyers, Ive been ripped of twice for thousands of dollars. Alibaba offers a complaint form. It requires you to upload documents to prove your case. Then it goes under review, I uploaded all required documents several times upon their request. These documents was proof that the buyers did not plan to produce the products and they stated they will not refund the money for the deposit required. Alibaba closed both cases stating they did not receive ANY documents what so ever. They do not have any type of contact info to reach out to them, There CROOKS! BUYER BEWARE!

A good experience and Alibaba's payment service worked very well, although geared towards the US and so this made it less straight forward than it could have been but when I figured out it worked like clockwork.

Buying with Alibaba is simpel. The delivery of products is fast and correct. There are more makers of the same products, so you can easy compare them. Quality of the products I bought are good. The delivery in the Netherlands was fast (5 days!).

The fees alibaba are making it difficult to do business. For both wholesalers and purchasers. When dealing with RFQ portion you get spammed by vendors who do not read the requirements of the RFQ and would sell you your mother for the right price.

I ordered a Y1,2009 Nissan Tiida ECU for which an image was displayed. The item I received is an ohm meter tester type device which is an entirely different from what I had ordered.
I sent an email to the company informing them that the item that I received is not the one I had ordered yet to date I have had no response. I am very dissatisfied with the outcome of my transaction and I am still awaiting some redress.
This is a poor way to go about doing business. I still have a car in the garage having waited over a month expecting that I had sourced the part needed to get it started only to discover at this point that I will have to start seeking that part all over again with uncertainty how to go about recovering my money.

Very great experience with Alibaba the best in the world, I wish and hope to buy more and more products (Retail) right now. I recommend all the buyers to buy from Alibaba because they serve the best and with best price.

We ordered Halloween and Christmas shirts from Shenzhen Shuyun Industry Co., Ltd. The company was quick at responding to my questions. The shirts we received are exactly what we wanted. The order was correct on the quantity we ordered and the shipping was quick.

Alibaba has so much to look at so many different things and cheap I was a bit worried at first as it was a new site to me but it is a really good site. I ordered a R2D2 necklace it was exactly like the ad said and the picture. It came fast and when they said it would thank you so much

Couldn't do my business without Alibaba. I appreciate their products and many terrific suppliers. I also appreciate that I feel safe and secure in ordering through Alibaba. I feel like they have my back covered.

I had many problemas to pay via boleto. The support from Alibaba doesn´t solve it. I tried a lot and change the orders many times with the supplier until finally works. What is the solution? I don´t know.

Used Alibaba for the first time and their platform is amazing. Easy and simple to use and Trade Insurance removes all worries of payments.

Some manufacturers don't reply and aren't good but the good ones are amazing.

My first and only transaction through Alibaba to date was the purchase of several Saidi red light therapy devices. Communication and service from the Saidi rep was excellent, the Alibaba buying process was was easy and efficient.

I'm really excited to receive my first order from China to Mexico. The plataforme is very easy to manage and you can find any products in order to undertake a new business. Then the platforme is very secure, dont' be worried.

I've submitted a lot of evidence on two different manufacturers but Alibaba are doing nothing about it claiming not enough evidence is submitted. I shared videos + pictures + receipt with them to show that some manufacturers didn't deliver the right amount of products I ordered and they mention that proof is not enough. I shared a video using the product to show that it's not functional, they agree with the supplier which by the way is a GOLD SUPPLIER with 5 star reviews. The supplier simply blocked me and doesn't want to resolve the issue, and Alibaba is also doing the same.

Very disappointed with Alibaba's customer service.

Thanks to alibaba for my first international trade. But i offered many sellers according to their demand for their product ( pregnant cows, wheat grain, corn grain - maize) but thay are not ready to work with Alibaba Trade Insurance. Thay are using alibaba.com for advertising only for there products. Alibaba.com may not even have an idea of how many alibaba.com buyers members are dissatisfied with this platform due to such a method of sellers. I think alibaba.com should make a law for such sellers who get bike offers according to the demand price of their product. I think alibaba.com wants to bound the sellers that when they get the offer according to the demand of their product, then it is necessary that they sell the product to Bayer If this happens then the number of buyers will increase on alibaba.com and the business will also grow and the outlawed Goodwill more of alibaba.com will be maintained.
