I've choosen alone the company producing the device I needed so I was a bit anxious...

This is the first experience using alibaba.
So far i am very satisfied with all the featrue.

My suggestion is to improve performance website version.
My experience is that the website version is slower than the application version

I had a great experience ordering from Zhongshan Aisilan Lighting Technology Co. The product was as described. Customer service from Esther was exceptional. The product was delivered faster and less expensive then by Amazon.

Products was easy to locate on site and response time from suppliers was almost immediatly. Kept me up to date with the shipping and delivering process and time frame regarding delivering date and time.

I was tired of getting gouged on price and time by a middleman, so by using Alibaba I was able to go directly to suppliers and get what I needed for an excellent price, while still maintaining quality.

I am very pleased with alibaba and i am very grateful the service privided by alibaba. Alibaba helped me to find the right supplier and i know the supplier is reliable because it is verified by alibaba. Lastly i can trust in the safety of the payment because of trade assurance.

Wigs are hight quality as expected, and they are also pre-pickled! Very satisfied, we will order again.

I purchased 1pc for a sample product. The staff (Ms. Anna) helped me from choosing to finish the payment with very good English and SUPER FRIENDLY SERVICE. Only one concern that the grip connector of the sample is a bit loose. They promised to improve the quality of the next lot. Let's see whether they can win my 5-stars review or not.

It can take a while to navigate the website and find the right company. THe messaging system isn't perfect either but once you find some companies you like the sound of, you can talk to them and get any paperwork etc needed. I'll defo be buying more items.
In an ideal world I woudl travel to the company and do more due diligence but without Alibaba, I wouldn't even have a chance to buy any of these items.

Esay way of start a busniss, and they work with really good supliers! I think you just have to search really well, take your time and find what you're looking for, trust them, explain what you want be persistent and precise. I just can't complain!

The interface is not intuitive, and if the seller hasn't configured EVERYTHING to make it easy for the buyer, there's some communication necessary before the buyer can place an order. All in all a pleasant experience with the feeling that there's a "higher authority" (Alibaba) looking after me while doing business with someone for the first time. It's difficult to build up trust with someone so far away, and Alibaba helps.

I have very good experience, good service and High quality long shirts.
My self I`m very happy with them.The fact is if I need more items I will go there. About shipping is not Baoding Ubest Imp. & Exp. Co., Ltd. it is the UPS delivery person problem :) :)

Sorry takes 10 mints to try and log in and when you do you spend £75 to buy something witch you think you can sell your parcel arives and what is in side has to be bined because its crap very nice company your running
