I submitted complaints which are obvious and that the Alibaba refused to acknowledge, of the poor product quality causing me harm (cut to my thumb). Buyer beware.

Just finished my first purchase through Alibaba. I'm very pleased with the whole process, Good rating system for the sellers. I find the site easy to navigate.

The quality is very high. Sewing was also polite.
I will order again. 22mm is very nice.

We were able to experience the difference between 19mm and 22mm by actually ordering samples. It was a very polite response.

My experience so far with Alibaba has been satisfying. I had of a lot of fraudulent people scamming with Alibaba but I haven't experienced it based on Alibaba strong network and security, I have come to realize that you can get scammed if you don't go by the ways of Alibaba and Co. So I would say keep it up.

Alibaba is very poor for the sellers who are not from China. The services are very biased to the china seller and the non Chinese seller. The Chinese sellers get many privileges like paythrough Alibaba option as well as there profile also show the amount of total transcation they have done with their buyers and etc. Alibaba is only good if you are seller from china. I have bought a gold supplier membership and is getting no business from this. Its a total waste of money as well as most buyers on the website are just for timepass. And you get computer generated inquiries when a customer just clicks on your product. Alibaba is developed to only help the chinese sellers. If you are not from china please dont buy the membership, you will regret it just as im regretting it right now. I wasted 1500 dollars and still got 0 income. Total waste of money.

Overall the product is good. Delivery was also excellent. However, defects were confirmed in some products.
It is not completely defective. So I allowed to use it.

Alibaba is completely stand on their country and people which is no assurance or insurance to trade or buy anything from them. When you use their assurance is no help, Alibaba still stand on their people side, they are not helping you at all. You still don't get your refund or only partial refund with huge fee from their trade assurance. It is totally opposite from PAYPAL. The bottom line is NO BUSINESS with them, pay little more to buy in USA for less headache, safety product, better quality. Let short their stock BABA

This person called Eric Fan from SHIJIAZHUANG KAILIHUA gave me a quotation of X product. Ended up delivering wrong items! He gave me super cheap items and charged me premium price for it. Such a joke. His pre sales service is great. Post sales is embarassing. Keep doing this and yr competitors will be smiling their way to the bank.

I think there should be some payment method in which options of COD type should be available, as well as shipping costs are too high, there should be some special agreements with shipping companies for better prices.

I loved the information on Alibaba. My only complaint is I ordered and paid for items from a supplier listed on Alibaba thru Western Union now the supplier is not listed and I have no way of contacting them.

I got to say the only thing they can work better on is an application that works on both your phone and on the computer and you don't have to keep switching back and forth between WhatsApp the messenger on here and then the trade manager everything started to get a little confusing there but all worked out in the end and the products were shipped here Express and in a timely matter of 7 days! From China to Washington State I will definitely be ordering through Alibaba as I have in the past and this is no exception to being another great order!

I bought some abaya from this site. Honestly when it arrive its a complete rubbish. Its not any way near what i seen in the picture. I couldn't give it to charity as it will be insult i just binned it. But must admit i got my money back from the seller.so plz do not buy from this website

I had a deal with a company named lucky lips form south Africa, after I sent the prepayment of 2500 USD they ask me to pay the shipment insurance (1200 usd) which not included in our agreement than when I asked them to cancel the deal they asked me to pay around 900 $.
I dont know what I should do, I am really very sad for that.

Ali Baba is a platform for sellers and not for buyers. If anything goes wrong Ali Baba believes what the seller is saying and they ask you as a buyer for proof. Why shouldn't the seller proof that he is right? So for me Ali Baba is bad experience with the chance of being scammed any moment.

Alibaba (seller Qingdao Mingyuhao Yang) I filed a complaint that the seller shipped my item through DHL, they lost the product. Seller wouldn't do refund unless I changed my 1 star review on them nor offer to replace the item. Alibaba says on their site they would issue. I send conversations with seller and DHL and still no product and out of $199. They sided with the seller even after all the proof. DHL said all the seller had to do was put in a claim and they would reimburse the seller and then they could ship me new product or reimburse me. Alibaba will always side with seller and you will be out of money and product. Watch out

Trade Assurance is fraud! Alibaba has no intention on making a supplier do what they say they are going to do. They are in support of the supplier. Do not spend alot of money on this site because it is so easy to be scammed.

I buy from many suppliers on Alibaba, but only from sellers that accept payment through PayPal. Alibaba's Trade Assurance Program only assures you of one thing, you will get ripped off. I have, over the years, asked PayPal to intervene with three different sellers on Alibaba that I have bought from and paid through PayPal. All three suppliers tried to rip me off one way or another, and each time my money was refunded to me by PayPal. No matter how good a deal seems from a Chinese Supplier, don't do business with them if they refuse to take PayPal. A honest supplier will take PayPal, they know they have to live up to the deal.

I am enjoying importing threw Alibaba because they are there to help... they are the frist there when there is a problem and they get results rateing 10/10 i have done this review because i feel strongly about quality servers,,,,,

Alibaba is basically indispensible now given the current Global Pandemic. Without Alibaba, we wouldnt have been able to find new suppliers after our old suppliers closed down. And travelling to China persinally is still impossible. But with Alibaba those worries are gone! Our new supplier Quanzhou Juyu Bags Co., Ltd. is also excellent and very accomodating.

We now had our 3rd delivery of parts from this supplier and the part quality is good.
Communication with Zimon in English is clear with fast response.
Delivery times are held and both CNC machined aluminium parts as well as laser cut stainless steel part quality is high.
