A wide variety of options available. Communication gap can be tedious depending on your time zone but as long as you are getting a response and persevere, it will happen. Also, make sure they have trade insurance as its great safety net. Overall very happy.

First time buyer from USA. Never purchased anything from overseas before. A million questions and little errors on our part, but Alibaba was there to help along with the supplier. Could have been a very bad experience. Great job!

They "closed" a transaction then asked for my ID, bank statements and pics of credit cards. They refunded my money, however o have gut feelings that something is not right.
For their defense, i bought items there before without any issue.

Narrowed down the list of supplement suppliers based on availability, quality, price, and service. Le Sen won three times in a row. Trade Assurance gave me both a high comfort level and convenient payment method by credit card for a nominal fee.

Sourcing is a complex thing, esp. When done online across continents. Using the platform makes it easier (still a lot of work) esp. Having all communication with the supplier in one place, incl. Order, quality assurance, shipment and payments.

Of course there are somethings that could be done better (like not opening new browser windows /tabs for almost all clicks) but thats the nature of such systems.

My experience with Seven has been super great! Her service is nothing but of excellence. I really like the fact that she not only takes my order but provides her suggestions and recommendations which to us are 2 very important factors in building long term relationship.

The product was packed extremely well for sea voyage, container load/unload and bumpy ride to destination. Price was fair considering tariffs. Light assembly still in progress. Will report on quality next description.

I ordered a several hundred piece lot for my business. Shipment tracking was nonexistent and seller's customer service sucked. Their emails did not make sense. Boxes arrived dirty, wet, and crushed. Returns and refunds through Alibaba don't exist. I don't get why anyone would order from this site.

They hd e pay 707.22 usd to a Grace yao in Qingdao for 100% remy hair. The hair started to shed and swell and tangle once washed. Could not receive an exchange or refund. They say hit confirm order button if received and satisfied. How am i to get hairdressers appointment, attach hair wash it and write review before 5 days? Please do not buy anything fro them. You cant get your money back. Called california office wendy quite trite and rude. My escrow fee gone.

Ordered a Gopro Hero 5 alloy casing from Ju-Bo's Town on Alibaba. They asked to be paid direct by Paypal which I did. They sent the wrong item, nothing like the one they advertised.

I advised the seller of this... nothing. I have mailed multiple times... Nothing, Nil, Nada Zilch, simply no response, 2 months later I have given up. Alibaba wont do anything, their customer service live chat is total shat, they don't understand basic English, and just keep repeating 'they are there to help'

I will never again buy from this scam site, with their scam sellers, Ebay all day for me.

We will look for another external supplier manufacturing O'Rings under our specifications.

This has allowed us to save tens of thousands on asset acquisition costs and helped fuel our expansion. We expect to utilize the platform even more in coming years.

This company is impossible to get ahold of anyone. They have numbers that automatically disconnect others which have a busy signal.
The company I supposedly purchased from was a 10 day shipment. However two months later in still waiting. No items, no refund and no legitimate phone number to dispute

Beware of suppliers trying to circumvent Alibaba by emailing direct to your email address with cheaper offers, your money is not safe, believe me, I know. Don't be afraid to negotiate, insist on a sample (paying for it) otherwise you may not get what you ordered, they might try to substitute with inferior product. If they start getting pushy, just say "no thanks" and walk away.

Everything we had ordered through Alibaba had arrived in good working order. Alibaba's trade assurance is a great feature. Just don't like the message interface it has. It's not as user-friendly as they make it out to be. We think there's room for improvement here.

I have been using Alibaba to outsource several different promotional products. It has always been easy and secure. There was some fear early on being in Canada, but after my first seamless purchase to landed product I haven't looked back.

Trade assurance and Gold Supplier rating is all a smoke screen. Nothing is checked or vetted. 99% of Garment companies merely steal images from fashion online retailers such as ASOS and pass the product off as their own. Pure fraud yet Alibaba provides the platform and by default endorses it. Unless you physically visit the company you wish to do business with you will be defrauded by product disclosure, payment requests into private HK bank accounts (illegal), and generally garbage communication. When notified of the fraudulent activity of vendors Alibaba does nothing. Do not use Guangzhou One and Only Clothing Company Ltd. They demand payment into owners personal HK account, the merchandisers are arrogant and under skilled with no knowledge of garments. Their website shows images from brands they do not produce for. This company is the worst I have worked with in 28 years of sourcing in China, yet supported by Alibaba. Do not use them.
