This company is a scam! To make a long story short. I was looking to purchase a few jackets. I was told I had to purchase 300 jackets to get a sample. What? After I explain I wasn't going to buy 300 jackets the lady told me I could purchase the sample for $135. I thought something was wrong with the price. I felt like I was getting scammed. While she was explaining the sample price she made a huge mistake. She told me I could get the sample refund after I buy 300 jackets for the total of $5,000+ because the jackets cost $17.2/each. I dealt with Nicole C. At Weihai Modi Trading Co Ltd, whom I found to be very helpful and efficient from start to finish. I forgot about the timescale between the UK and China. Being 8 hours ahead of the UK did not deter Nicole from dealing with me by email or by telephone.

For example, yesterday I received a security ip camera VANHUA with the highest quality sensor currently on the market Sony IMX226, the price was many times cheaper than any other site, and of course the product is very quality in general!

This company and its agent, Jason, are extremely nasty. They will lie to you to get your money then send you a garbage product. Jason from xingtai paisen company will not even provide any service if you have questions about your machine. This company is garbage. Avoid Xingtai Paisen for Dumpling machines, momo machines, baozi machines, etc.

I have had both good and bad experiences. I have bought items for decanting perfumes and those went great. I looked into purchasing some televisions and was robbed of my money. They asked to talk on whatsapp, then wanted to make the purchase through western union a few days later i was sent a message that my package was on hold and needed more money but no info to pay the courrier but they wanted the money themselves. I refused and am currently trying to see about having authorities involved. Be careful for these actions. The name of the guy was li kevin from Qinghai Kunlun River Wolfberry Industry Co. But I doubt they still have that account. Just be weary of these actions

The swich between the web in Spanish and the International web is confusing.
The App in the Iphone is not well sincronize with the computer in the Messages. I have sometimes to go back to the iPhone to find and finish a start message conversation.

This was not the level of service I am used to from Alibaba. You had an order listed from February listed and my order wasn't shipped until March 13th. It arrived on March 18th 2020.
You had my order closed several days before March 18th and neither I nor the company I ordered from could get you to correct this obvious error. You have left me very concerned about your service. You have to facilitate corrections to your records. Thanks. Murray

The shipping fee is higher than the value of the order. Especially shipping fee for Sri Lanka is even greater than the shipping fee for European countries that are far away than Sri Lanka from the shipping location.
If you can lower the shipping fee, it would be more convenient and there will be more customers. At Alibaba there are many products and choices but customers are going away because of this unbearable shipping cost. As well as the Drop Shipping products from AliExpress and Alibaba at eBay And Amazon doesn't have this shipping fee and the same product can be purchased at lower prices from there. Because of that most of Sri Lankan customers will move from AliExpress And Alibaba for other alternatives. It would be great if you consider this and also we are expecting the good old AliExpress with the great stuff at VERY lower prices. Thanks & Regards!

Trade Assurance FAIL
There's no any trade assurance. They are using this term only to market their product and entice more buyers.
3 weeks ago I bought 2000 ring+necklace and paid 2200USD.
The seller sent me completely different stuff like bitcoin coins and boxes and other kind of rings. See the attached images.
Alibaba Trade assurance didn't help me and now is telling me to contact INTERPOL?
They are biased and opinionated and protecting their own sellers.
My money is wasted and I also paid 1000Tax before I open the box and know what was actually inside.

I have purchased 200gram hair 26inch and 100gram of 24inch the hair quality is amazing! The texture is very soft and smooth very nice and natural look. I would definitely purchase more before Christmas as gifts to my family and friends!
