As a business we have been buying through middle man companies for quite some time in the UK. After spending time researching the products we have historically purchased, we have found that we can source suppliers directly at source, negotiate our own bulk pricing and get an all round better deal!

We have to pay out considerably more initially to buy in bulk but typically we save over 50% on the products we would normally buy via a wholesale distributor in the UK once they have sold through.

Nice... proper packing and fast enough turnaround time for delivery. The only negating point was that I didn't expect the cost of delivery to be so darn high at USD$99.00 from China to Singapore...!

Well at first I had my doubts regarding the payment and goods shipment.

Vendor was on time. It's a good tool to connect buyer and vendor in a friendly environment, looking out for both.

Communicating with an Asian Lady from a "Verified & Gold Supplier" (highest rating) and when I was about to send payment, I stated I wanted to use ""credit card & paypal"" because they have the most protection (Two levels of fraud protection). The supplier said she wanted "bank transfer" which has no protection, once your money transferred it is gone. The "verified & gold Supplier" emailed stating she would send me the ""Payment Link & Invoice"" to my email for paypal and credit card payment. I NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN. THEY JUST STOP COMMUNICATING. NO LINK NOTHING. THEY JUST WANTED ME TO SEND THEM MONEY VIA BANK TRANSFER. Seemed reputable (nice website, many forms of payment, verified & gold status, good communication, manuals, videos, great price, etc. etc.) then BAM... JUST VANISH. NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL. USE PAYPAL & CREDIT CARD... AT ALL TIMES WITH THESE CROOKS / SUPPLIERS.

STAY AWAY FROM WEBSITE. I buy items and most sellers just steal money. Trade insurace doesnt do anything as they always support the people in china. China they sell bikes with missing parts because they know alibaba will protect them

I said I would not pay except alibaba.com She asked me for unjust money. 11 usd I made the payment through another shipping company.
