I rang the company( Toymation) who say that the police and alibaba are aware that someone is using their company name fraudulently, yet Alibaba let it continue.
They would not do anything to help, would not refund my lost money. Would not reply.
You need to AVOID ALIBABA.COM like the plague, it is the biggest scamming site there is.

I order Item from alibaba but customs in USA returned to China so I dont recive any Item ok Now they don't want to refund my money I have to pay for delivery and returning charge. $ 935 dollars was my purchase now $ 485 is my refund fraud-fraud

For the second time in a row - Alibaba marked a Trade Assurance Order as Complete - when not even delivered yet? No one seemed to care when I tried to find out why through "Chat" & email - No one seemed to know what I was talking about. (Guarantee is only valid "x" days after delivery - so worthless) NOTE - Vender was NOT a fault - it was all Alibaba.

I was afraid to buy this supplier because its Trade Assurance experience was less as compere to others suppliers but its representative Miss Eva Lin is very kind and friendly so I decided to take risk but I got Good quality product in KSA. I will Buy more from Eva Lin Thanks. They have little bit problem to send directly to Amazon Warehouse I think they should change their freight forwarder.

I made an order on this site and the seller sent my stuff which I still haven't received after weeks of the agreement and its been a month now. Alibaba are always on the seller side so if you buy from them the trade assurance doesn't exist!

I have been scammed on this website as I still don't have my order which was over $900 and they haven't given me a refund either!

I ordered a simple piston filling machine. The paiment were done thru on Alibaba webpage, what I feel confortable and safe.
But when I sent the amout to the suplier, Alibaba charged me some money transaction fee. First it was quiet big amount I think.
The problem is there is no documentation about this fee! How can I put it in book keeping? It will be a problem for me for TAX office.

I was looking to purchase a2 uv flatbed printer and came across a listing for what I thought a great deal. Well I was told that the printer can't print on bottles, which in their Q&A SECTION clearly states cylinder printing 360°, 2nd after challenging that statement, I was then told I would have to arrange for shipping myself, lol. Instead of interacting with obviously hormonal immature children, I spent my money else where, but I want to warn others of the suspicious nature of this company. The rude CSR name is Y Doris, I believe she's the manager too. Buyer BEWARE. There's legitimate professional companies on Alibaba, this isn't one of them.

On numerous occasions, I have encountered delivery of products that have one issue or another. Of the product purchases that I have made so far, both have had problems - the type C USB cable charger does not fit Samsung phones I have come to learn, while the magnetic car window suction cup does not hold the phone firmly. Indeed, if this product were properly tested, it would have been found not to work properly and probably the product withdrawn. However, they manufactured this product and are continuing to sell it. I blame myself for not asking for product samples before placing these 2 orders. Also, there are multiple incidents of misleading advertisements where one could easily be fooled if one were not extremely careful reading the descriptions of products. I know that I now hesitate very much upon seeing products I'm interested in in order to avoid making a mistake. I truly believe that these are not innocent mistakes since the misleading information are usually where one would miss them. They also are quick to point one to that area where they intentionally mislead in order to blame you for the deception. Business should not be this difficult. Finally, most of the samples that I received with the exception of 2 or 3 products are not up to the expected quality. I'm very cautious about asking for samples now since I feel like the manufacturers are intentionally sending defective products as samples since they probably would be dumped, but would rather sell them to innocent buyers overseas. There is no excuse for that.

Communication with suppliers here on Alibaba is Super! I love how they like to to get every little detail right before proceeding to production. I have been ordering from Alibaba since 2016.

She was easy to work with and very accommodating. I would highly recommend this company. The service was extra ordinary. I got my shipment quicker than I expected. Everything was well packed.

Service has been great and it will always be my option in the future. It is a great tool for people who want to do international business and look for high quality products with decent prices.

I ordered Makita batteries for over $3500, they never sent them, nor took my calls, and never refunded me.
A HORRIBLE PLACE TO DO BUSINESS WITH! I haves tried and tried and can't get in touch with anyone. Bank is closed, they are on vacation or holiday. I completely think this company is terrible.

Thank you Alibaba for taking care of my imports! I highly appreciate it. I'm very satisfied with my Supplier and the items they supplied to me. I hope to have a long lasting relationship with them.

I tried to create an account but something is wrong,.
It keeps telling me you have an account although I don't and when I try to access "the account" it says you don't have an account.

I wish you fix the problem and give me the opportunity to create A REAL ACCOUNT on Alibaba.

Total all, I am happy. Only size issues need to fix into the UK or European size or put up to 2XL-4XL otherwise most of them seem for under 12 kids panties. And please put the size tag onto the right pants instead of M some were tag L.

Customer service is ok although response quite late on expected time of reply, product is really good! I will recommend this to our group and once approved, we will order for the rest of the team.

BE VERY CARFULL! I placed an EXW order with this manufacturer and you know what that means, I am responsible for clearing customs. Well, it turns out that the lab test they provided me was valid… in 2017. My local customs authorities told me that they cannot accept this test, it is too old and needs to be renewed. They told me that the FDA had 6 amendments to their standards ever since this test was performed. I am very disappointed but there is nothing I could do because it was an EXW order, very smooth. I am now looking for another supplier and will be sure to be more carful next time.

The best thing about alibaba is that just about all the things you can't find in a local store is available here. My experience so far with sellers are good service and straight and fair trade.
