It is a lot of sellers to shoos from, some is wery friendly and gives a lot of help when you are new her. I think it is a bit dificult to move around and it should have been abel to shoos other languages.

Seller Nanchang Kay Xin Yue Technologies Co., Ltd. said not in stock and forced me to ask for a refund but will not refund because I said not in stock on refund reason. Seller then refused to refund and spammed me with messages to try to force me to change the reason or she will not refund. Then cancelled the refund process but has not sent the item. I have tried to get this resolved by Alibaba chat but was told to open a dispute. Cannot find a dispute just the refund bit. Seller needs to be heavily penalised for these actions.

First order went very well and I'm already looking to order again I eventually hope to make larger orders and set myself up as a seller as I stated all went well and I'm satisfied with how successful the process was overall

I'm new seller and i search and buy some products on Alibaba.
Every order was perfect.
Only taxes and import duties on my country are a bit high but it's not the fault of alibaba.

I ordered from a supplier and part of the product is defective. I refunded the amount since I have paid under Alibaba trade assurance. It really works. The refund just took 2 days to settle.

Alibaba has a little bit of everything, and I was easily able to find what I wanted for my business. The Trade Assurance feature provides a lot of peace of mind when making an order.

I have always had good experiences with International dealings with this site, NO worries. I use them often and always will in the future. One of my 1st go to's when I need something :)

Alibaba has all the tools to make a buyer and seller feel comfortable in buying and selling. The platform is user friendly and makes doing business from one end of the world easier than expected.

Sometimes I get that one vendor that just ruins my entire experience of all the good ones! Overall it is very good and I spend way too much time on Alibaba: / I am obsessed though!

I ordered an item six weeks ago, they told me It is arriving in 3-4 weeks it still has not arrived I have tried to email the more than four times! What is going on?

Plz... be ware of that theifs... just a big cheating factory...
I had requested 1 trial container plywood 2time hot press.
They sent me cheapest bad quality finger jointed.
When i fighted with them.
They sent me 2 bundles. Suppose to be 2 times hot press.
They sent me 2 bundles 1 time hot press extremely pooor quality... i will attach the photos for that.

Nice system but should not have fee for credit card. I think the best way is to minimize fee as much as you can to make customer feel more comfortable
