First before purchase, I had enquired about the product, known its price (product cost and the its shipping cost) and the method of shipping from the supplier. As this product is international product the supplier has put a customs clearance questionare and I had choosen the most appropriate answer among the answers. The supplier has put the price of the product in Indian currency after knowing that I am enquiring from India. The supplier has answered all my queries and after clearing all my doughts I placed the order. It was easy for me to remit the cost in Indian currency. Shopping in Alibaba is wonderful, simple, hassle free and great. I recommend all to shop in Alibaba only.

I am Spanish and I would like them to include a Spanish page, as well as Spanish suppliers, it would be easier and with more margins, but even so everything is quite good and the badges and others go well to see if a provider is reliable.

I bought from a couple of companies that are honest and trustworthy but I got scammed from this site also for R35 000 so keep your eyes open and keep all the chatting and buying on this site when they say you must go chat on WhatsApp you must know its a scam.

It is very common in the sellers of China, they do not want to take charge of the customs procedures, DHL is the courier, which more obstacles puts to Mexico, because they take the packages without reviewing charge and when it arrives at destination, in this case Mexico requires an envelope cost for the merchandise to reach its destination, if one hires door to door the package must be taken into account and take charge of the cost overrun implied by a supplier's decision

I bought some expensive gym equipment, from Alibaba but what I received was very poor quality, the main function of the machines do not work. I opened a dispute with Alibaba they were very unhelpful didn't care at all and only offered to refund me my shipping cost, about 300USD the gym equipment cost 1200USD so I have paid a total of 1500USD for 1 item. My transaction was supposed to be protected by trade assistance and trade insurance but it means nothing, this site cannot be trusted.
I am a gym owner and this is the first time I have tried buying equipment directly from China and I am very disappointed with Alibaba.

Very friendly contact persons and they did all they could to satisfy us... but the TNT delivery was too late and TNT don't want to take theuir responsability. The goods were blocked dueto TNT during a week in the same place...

Since the seller, after paying the price of the 2 shoes and the postage, asked for extra money for the shoes, which I refused to pay, the price of the shoes was returned. Unfortunately, due to the transaction fee, I only got back 285 Euros instead of the 311 Euros, what I paid. The attitude of Foshan Chengying company and Alibaba is terrible. I think the difference should have been paid to the Foshan Chengying company and this is so fraud, alibaba. Comm will help you in this instead of protecting customers. Shangdong Pang's Biological Technology Co., Ltd. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Be careful with this company! MAY BE NOT A REAL CO. They sent my product to a wrong address and gave me wrong DHL number. DHL sent the package back to China. They refused to refund my money and refused to send me my product. I lost my money! It is hard to deal with them and hard to settle the issue. I filed the dispute but they deny it all and blaming on me that my address is wrong.

You let a company get away with $143 of my money without them getting any product to me because THEY SCREWED UP MY ADDRESS even after I DEMANDED IN MESSAGE YOU GOT as evidence THAT THEY VERIFY EVERYTHING WITH ME BEFORE SHIPPING. For that i think you are POS company and I never ever recommend you anyone to use your service because of it.
