The response of the suppliers was great the present different options that help to close the deal, the payment experience was good the only thing is the payment with AMEX was not possible to pay for the rest great experience.

Alibaba is very effective and an amazing resource. I need to explore it more because it gets a little confusing at times, but it's an excellent and complete website so I can't complain.

I have been using Alibaba for a few of our company's product needs for several years now. I have only had positive outcomes. The sellers are very responsive and eager to please you. They have been easy to communicate with, and adaptable to our specific needs and requests. We are in the beauty industry, so we have used Alibaba for different custom packaging products, as well as ingredient sourcing.

As for quality -- It's usually pretty easy to see the quality of the products the sellers advertise; always good photos and videos (if not, then ask. If no response, move on to another seller). As with anything, you get what you pay for. If you are buying dirt-cheap products, expect lower quality. There are thousands of sellers on Alibaba though that make high quality goods, and you can find pretty much anything you are looking for. If not, someone will be willing to create it for you. I always pay for my orders with their Trade Assurance for security and protection, should an order not be as expected. Never send wire transfers, or pay outside of Alibaba, that is my recommendation. Reputable and professional sellers will always offer Trade Assurance payments.

1st time user of Alibaba. Was easier than expected. All the steps on the transaction went smoothly. No issues at all. Look forward to using Alibaba again with all my business ventures overseas.

Ordered material I was having trouble finding in stock. It arrived on time and intact. Even with the price of shipping the cost was equal to what I normally pay for the product.
