Even when you provide Trade Assurance with clear evidence a supplier has commited fraud, they will still side with the supplier. Please do not trust that Trade Assurance will help you or protect you as a customer in any way. You just pay extra when paying to Alibaba. That's it. And it's impossible to get help from customer service.

Horrible company; products are never as good as they appear on line. Also, I couldn't return a blouse I bought; they said the website showed that it was a final sale but it didn't! DON'T EVEN BOTHER ORDERING FROM THESE JERKS.
Never deal outside this platform, otherwise you will suffer a big lost if they sending you all the defect products. I have many experiences when ask for whatapps and email to sent quote direct to. End-up almost all the times i received rubbish stuffs and have no way to complaint or getting my money back. The only reply I get from them is "We will do better next time" and "replace you for your next order". Really? This is all they are very good to said... It's like a trap for you to keep order and more rubbish received. So when they said we will replace you in next order, my advise is just forget it DO NOT FALL INTO THIS TRAP, because you won't get any result from it and ALWAYS DEAL WITHIN THIS PLATFORM.

I regret that I did not use this platform in the past! I thought they could do Alibaba, only very large orders, with prohibitive prices, for a simple citizen.

Alibaba it`s the best!
It was my first time buying on alibaba and i had a successful first experience with it. Very happy. I would recommend alibaba but it is important to know that shipping fees can be quite expensive.
Items are of very poor quality and not fit to use as gym wear. You can actually see through material, that is how thin the material is. Will definitely not buy these items again. Very disappointed.

Alibaba was very helpful to find in a timely manner the exact enclosure we were looking for. It's the first time we order something through the site, it went like a charm, will do it again.
I ordered kids lego but once they realized I am American customer, they didn't reply for my mail. Then I provided all evidences but they took care of their seller not buyer. This was incomplete set
Billion Arts or HZ Billion Arts Company staff Ivy Zeng ( Xie Shi Hai) told me to send the money, once they received the money they said they didn't recieve the money as a hacker hacked and took the money... Really? If it was a hacker who could so easily break into a company email account why didn't the company take action to help the customer get the money. I requested the company several times to make a police complaint but they just wouldn't do it as they themselves stole my money which went into Xie Shi Hai bank Account. I complained to Alibaba they closed the case by saying its a hacker. I complained to several others including the owner Helen Huang who never replied to me. My money went into Xie Shi Hai account and no one can help me get it back, they are openly stealing and conducting fraudulent activity the company staff, owner and Alibaba a bunch of thieves and frauds.
Alibaba did nothing to get my money back.
I went through Alibaba to try to find some items. I only went to two websites on Alibaba who were supposed to be certified sellers. I got a response from a seller and over the next couple weeks negotiated a deal, then wired my money still thinking I was going through Alibaba. When I didn't get my merchandise contacted Alibaba for help.
I was told the merchant was not one of their certified Merchant. The problem is I didn't put my information out there for all the crooks in China to see.
So they had to get my information from Alibaba. They do not care anything about their customers they refused to help me in anyway. They told me I should have investigated the merchant better and used one that was one of their gold certified merchants. Which I assumed I was doing since they were the only ones I contacted for quotes. I think everything in China is a scam and these people are all criminals. You should never do business with anyone from China because if they steal your money you have nowhere to turn. I've tried the China police and they act like it is a big joke on Americans
I've used Alibaba multiple times. While I have used the services of quite a bit of companies, most of which provided decent service and some I am a repeat buyer from, sometimes there will be a few that try to pull a fast one on you despite appearing to be genuine. The materials I order have to be within a general range of a specific size. It is unusable if it doesn't match. A small tolerance is usually ok but the range doesn't leave room for much error. I like Alibaba since most companies specialize with custom made. However some companies go for that quick money stating they can match your parameters yet do nothing of the sort under the cover of false feedback to make them look genuine. There have been two instances where they were anything but geniune, showing me images that matched what I've wanted, but what I have received was quite different. Hence, unusable. The seller denies all despite picture and video evidence. Basically they got paid to send you un-matching garbage. Alibaba has a trade assurance that is supposed to protect you from this. Trade assurance is basically a scam. Should you open a dispute case with your trade assurance, they tell you that it will cost you an extra $500 for them to send an inspector to the seller's factory to inspect a product. The factory can then simply make a piece within the exact specifications you stated to appease the inspector, now you're out of your money + $500 more on top of that. So overall, it is a hit or miss if you get a good, honest company but if you do get a good one, it's a great experience overall.
