Trading through alibaba provides peace of mind that your transactions are secured and you are trading with professionals. I will always buy from this platform and I recommend it to others. We also buy a lot of things for my work. Everything I have ordered in Australia always arrives on time and buying the products and selecting them has been made so easy through Alibaba. Very happy with the service!
Even when you provide Trade Assurance with clear evidence a supplier has commited fraud, they will still side with the supplier. Please do not trust that Trade Assurance will help you or protect you as a customer in any way. You just pay extra when paying to Alibaba. That's it. And it's impossible to get help from customer service.
Do not understand 50 Us dollar charge on the administrative on the item which was priced as $95. The total price was still reasonable but feel like taken for a ride.
Tip for consumers:
Accessories to protect the phone should be offered with the phone purchase. It is not easy to find the correct one for the phone model as there are lot of similar phones.

The whole process was smooth and hassle free. This was my first order from China and buying from Alibaba; just follow their guidelines and it should be as smooth as mine was.
I saw something on sale 50% off on alibaba and decided to purchase it.
I got an automatic email from them saying that the payment will be processed in 24 hours. The sale by that time was over and they charged me the full price!... not only that! Its been almost 2 months and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED My product.
I emailed the seller a few times and she said they forgot to ship it! Even though I got an email saying that it was shipped!.
I WILL NEVER RECOMEND THIS ALIBABA TO ANYONE.

The bottle quality was not as its looks in the picture. The lid not fitting well on the bottle mouth. The manufacturer could use a better material. It even makes noise while closing the bottle.

While its a good platform to find suppliers, Alibaba won't help you when you encounter a scamming supplier, and doesn't not live up to their trade assurance promises at all.

Bought an excavator bucket for a brand new Hitachi ZX55-5u. The bucket arrived & looked okay. I went to pin the bucket on the excavator & the pin centres were 285mm. They should have been 230mm. Xuzhou shenfu international trade refuse to accept they have made a mistake. I even sent them the workshop manual for the excavator & they tried to tell me Hitachi were wrong & they were right. After 2 days of hearing excuses why it is my fault I am ready to give up. Bucket will probably end up a garden ornament. Don't make the same mistake! Buy from a reputable dealer
