The great difference with sites like Amazon and E-bay is that the "guarantee" of Alibaba is not worth anything in real life. In case you did not get what you wanted, or in case the article is broken or damaged, you will get your money back... if you send it back to China. That may cost more than the price you paid. Of course the sellers know this and will try to convince you not to open a dispute (because if you win you still have to pay the return fare, so loose anyway) but offer a "better" article to replace the broken or damaged one, in return for a very low additional payment, let's say 8 dollars. In my case, the offer was to replace the broken 50 dollar article with a 90 dollar article. I paid the 8 dollars, never got the 90 dollar article and, upon opening a dispute, got back... 8 dollars. Never could claim the first unit, as Alibaba or Aliexpress have no possibility of claims or complaints other than during the shipping proces. Much better to pay a little more at Amazon because their system works better.

I agree with other reviews that alibaba.com is just a hive of thieves. My daughter ordered some Playstation4 consoles from a supplier that had been "verified" by Alibaba. After paying for the requested number of consoles, the supplier contacted her saying the minimum number that could be ordered was 10 not the 2 originally stated on Alibaba. We paid for the additional consoles then were told that we had to pay customs fees so the logistics company could release the goods. This was paid then we were told to pay a late fee, in all we paid USD2000. All payments made via Western Union which did ring alarm bells but I figured a lot of Asian companies prefer to use this payment method so dismissed my concerns.
Needless to say, we never received the goods and Alibaba were absolutely no help. All they did was remove the supplier from the site but I know they will re-list under a different name so they can scam other people. It's appalling that Alibaba does absolutely nothing to verify sellers using their service and allows scammers to blatantly abuse their system.

This was my first time using Alibaba.com. A co-worker told me about Alibaba platform (she orders for her online store). Prior to ordering, I read and watched how to videos about shipping, dealing with companies, and etc. on Alibaba's website. Alibaba offers good instructions and information that helped me.
I found a trust worthy company on Alibaba - Dongguan L&N Shoe Material Co. All communication occurred through Alibaba and the company's sale representative (Ms. Zang) was caring, professional, and responded in a timely manner always. My products arrived yesterday, December 21,2020. I am verrrrrrry happy with the quality of the products - the are just like the picture on the website. The duration of the shipping (shipped by sea) was lengthy (COVID was part of the reason); and shipping cost was a little expensive. I will order again from this company and search for other companies to order products on Alibaba.com.
I did not have any issues; therefore, I didn't have to contact Alibaba's customer service. Therefore, I can't give a review about Alibaba's "Customer Service".

I have the case with GANGZHOU LEISOUND ELECTRONIC CO.LTD and there judgment wasn't fair at all. The lady Anny Feng charged me for 200 items [ big speakers] and sahe cant load more than 170 speakers she steal my $1264 that's was my change and Alibaba support her. She didn't but in the boxes made in china and Alibaba said that's mas my mistakes. She used the other peoples Bluetooth technology with out any promotion and Alibaba said that's my responsibly. The costumes take all my container and ali baba don't care. They have really bad and racist judgment when deal come to big money... a lots of very nice and honest supplier but not all of them... but ali baba as judge when you come to deal with problem its really bad and not fair at all.

I bought dentist hand pieces they're great, good quality far by expectations, amazing supplier. I will buy more stuff from this website and this supplier.
