It was a pleasure to use Alibaba's services. I was able to procure the product I needed from a very dependable company in China. Alibaba followed up to ensure that my order was handled well.

Thanks to Wade our experience was 5 star from start to finish he was very professional and made sure we got exactly what we ordered and the product was even delivered before we needed it.

I have purchased devices from several sellers. Most will tell you anything to make the sale, but when you receive the product, the product does not work as promised. The buyers assurance is not fair or in the buyer's favor. Alibaba tells the buyer to communicate using their messaging system. When you do, sellers write to you about their promises. When there is a problem, Alibaba tells you that they cannot use the communication as proof of what was communicated between the seller and the buyer. That is rubbish. Sellers know that once they get your money, Its the most difficult thing to get your money back if you are unhappy with their product. They ask you to send proof that the product does not work, how does one do that?
Of the 12-15 variety of products purchased, only 3-4 seller's products was as promised. Many of their technology products do not come with proper instructions on how to use the products. The products seem very complicated and full of useless add ons to make the product seem of high value, when in fact the product is of poor and unreliable quality. When the product don't work, they blame the buyer and say its their fault. This is the most amazing disappointing set of business people I have ever dealt with in a country. The language barrier puts westerners at a disadvantage. My future doing business on alibaba does not seem bright.

I think this will be my new supplier. I can't wait to see what the next products look like. Not to mention the price was a little better than my previous supplier. Thanks a lot

This company is a scam. The items I brought did not work. My options are buy more and they will send replacement or pay 40 dollars to ship it back and I'll get a refund of my initial payment not including the 40 dollars to ship back. REPORT THEM TO THE Better Business Buearu

I see a lot of complaints about people getting ripped off on Alibaba. I don't mean to be mean to you all, BUT HAVEN'T YOU EVER HEARD OF ALIBABA AND THE FORTY THIEVES? HAHAHAH... so then, what did you expect? You see something cheap on Alibaba and you run to her like a whore, abandoning reputable sellers in your own country. YOU'RE LIKE SHEEP LED TO THE SLAUGHTER. Get this in your thick head, when you buy from another country DIRECTLY, specially china, chances of you not receiving what you ordered, or scammed IS VERY HIGH/LIKELY! IF YOU DIDN'T KNOW THAT BEFORE - NOW YOU DO! SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND MONEY AND DON'T BE TEMPTED BY THOSE RIDICULOUSLY LOW PRICED ITEMS(THE BATE) ADVERTISED ON ALIBABA, THAT YOU THINK YOU CAN FLIP AND MAKE A MILLION DOLLARS FROM. THE ONLY ONE MAKING THE MILLIONS IS ALIBABA. As a matter of fact, this is the latest news on Alibaba working their way in to USA, with their eyes on BILLIONS. Research it on google "Alibaba Sets Sights on Diverse U.S. Markets".

I bought 2 lamps from Shenzhen ETL lighting which I stupidly assumed would arrive looking just like the picture on the site... wrong they were cheap, nasty, falling to pieces and completely different to the picture (which I might add other sites use too!). The company replaced them eventually but these too were complete rubbish and had the wrong plugs on so were useless. I asked for a pre paid returns label and a refund, but Shenzhen ETL lighting completely ignored my email. I contacted Alibaba and the best they could come up with was that I should pay ETL to send more replacements, if I didn't agree, they would close the case and mark it as "both parties at fault" DONT USE THIS SITE OR THIS SUPPLIER THEY ARE JUST MISSING THE 40 THEIVES!

I order Dash Cams from Shenzhen CLD Technology Co., Ltd. and got the delivery today, product seems great and have no issues, packaging was great along with communication with the supplier.

First time we realized China supplier for business communication is really satisfactory. Always we irritate Europe communication & unnecessary questions.

Keeping things short, I was coned out of over £2000 from one guy on Alibaba, I'm still trying to get money back, what made things extremely hard is they kept him on there and the moment I was conned they removed him so after I spoke to the bank surface used and spoke to the police I than tried Alibaba but two things, 1 you need to put the persons account that robed you on there (wall they took him of so when I type it in it searches nothing) and 2 there uk help line is the worst I've ever seen (it's extremely hard not to swear saying that) for starters it's all fouraign and second it costs like mad trying to call them so bottom line don't F ing use this site, I'm posting continuous posts about Alibaba trying to get them to 1 star because they don't even desearch 10% of 1 star

The advertising photo is nothing like you receive totally fake my order was for 32 items I only 26 out of the 26 only 16 of my order then it's was hell and a lot of stalling to get refund

This supplier is very professional upon the inflatable business, and they have strongly recommended the best sell item in the market and after testing their quality of the items, I love it, I love the way they doing business, Honesty, Quality, Friendly, TRUST!

Well I am so thanks full to join alibaba since a decade. Well I got ever good informative and best quotes along good buy and sell through alibaba.
Even I am not Gold memebr but, I got same others service and satisfaction from alibaba. I just request. As soo, member and his regular activity in business and trading you can also give reward to give gold memebr ship if member is in this list of importantce.
1- Member since and active in reply and search items.
2- active buying and selling through you
3- clean and prompte trading. ( you can take reviews from suppliers or other end of memebr to tell you in time feed back and dealing and comunicate properly) So, you can reward memebr as gold member.
Well its my suggestion its up on you.
And I feel We are full fill all said options. Ha Ha Ha.
You can also invite work shops in china by old memebers and regular activity holders to share ideas and views.

Despite all the negative feedback this is a good sit for bargins BUT you have 2 be a smart shopper, if you are smart about it then you can make huge profits from buying and selling some of the stuff on this site

My ways of making money from this site:
1. How much feedback do they have and how good is it?
ALWAYS see if they have lots of feedback if they do then that means they have lots of business (i ususally won't buy unless they have less then 250 feedback and atleast 97% good)
2. Its always good to actually look at their feedback BECAUSE you never know if they have gotten thei friends to buy stuff off them and leave them good feedback so the better the feedback is good, the more feedback the better and the more variety of people is good.
