Even when you provide Trade Assurance with clear evidence a supplier has commited fraud, they will still side with the supplier. Please do not trust that Trade Assurance will help you or protect you as a customer in any way. You just pay extra when paying to Alibaba. That's it. And it's impossible to get help from customer service.

This site is a rip off I purchased what I thought was an Samsung galaxy S4 phone as this is what it was advertised as only to find out it was a knock off and I can not get any assistance from Samsung because it is not their phone. Sometime complicated to understand how its work.
Transport prices 6 times to expensive transport from 250$ 1500$ asked
Probably seller set wrong prices on direct sales.
Using the site was easy and the choices of manufacturers numerous. I was able to spend my time finding a good match for me and the outcome was as I expected, without any hitches.
Product of high quality, in what is asked, I intend to do more business with the seller, because the product's veracity was respected, and the prose of delivery of the product, all very certain.
A few things were a little confusing on my first real experience on the platform. But, the vendor was more than helpful and filled in the gaps. Received quality product and a reasonable price.

Alibaba is one of the biggest wholesale websites that I know. But with a lot of bad news about this site, so I have to be careful with the number of acts of fraud.
I have had zero problems and will continue to use. The company information is correct and the follow up with every detail is very helpful. I feel very comfortable ordering and doing business.

I have been buying on Alibaba, and I can assure you that you can buy on this site with confidence.
As they have their Trade assurance Invoice which protects the buyer all the way.
DO NOT buy off this site. Sellers will promise you the sun, then ship you the wrong products or send you crap products then do not want to honor any type of warranty they promised you. Then if you have any issues all alibaba does is tell you to wait wait wait they will help you resolve the issue. Had 2 encounters off this site, first one shipped me completely different product than what I ordered, when I filed a claim on alibaba, showed proof of everything with pictures as they have asked, alibaba said ohh well tuff $#*! better luck next time. 2nd encounter is now taking over 3 months to resolve on warranty the seller does not want to honor.If you buy anything and I mean ANYTHING make very sure that everythinmg is listed in chat and I MEAN every detail of warranty, return policy, refunds, etc from the seller before you submit your payment. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM
