I had a great experience using Alibaba to find the supplier for my card game. Communicating with suppliers was simple, and I found a very good company to manufacture my game.

The sizes are 2 times smaller than what I needed. I asked for 2XL and they fit like a Large. I have plus size 2XL customers that I had to refund because they couldn't get them on. Not pleased at all.

I have had direct conversation in chat with a person of supplier. It is very good for next business. The products were ok and the shippment was like in the agreement in time, quantity and quality.

This is one of the best companies I ever treat. They are kind and diligent. They are all the time willing to do a better job than the before one. Reply fast and making all the trade much easier.

The model of the watch I ordered was out of stock. They asked if I wanted to wait 5 days for the model to be in stock and I replied "yes." Then they sent me the WRONG model. I opened a dispute and finally they agreed to refund me after I sent the watch back.

According to the tracking, the postal service in China has been holding the watch in the post office for OVER 2 weeks, AFTER delivery was unsuccessful (due to nobody being present). I've written to them TWICE about going to the post office, checking that the watch has been SENT BACK, and to REFUND my credit card. HOWEVER, both of my messages fell on deaf ears; I got NO RESPONSE at all and my credit card STILL has not been refunded! What is this service?!

I will never order from Alibaba.com again. The supplier sent me a fake product and I sent pics and video it's been a month never NEVER ORDER FROM TRIO COCO THEY HAVE FAKE HAIR AND WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT GIVE A REFUND. I offered to send the product back and they keep arguing with me. Alibaba.com AND TRIO COCO ARE THE WORST. Don't waste your money

This site is really fake. Its not like aliexpress or ebay, amazon that you can get the money back if you havent recieve the items. But alibaba once you paid for the item trust me none of the items will come. I know this because i did this mistake the same thing. I have paid for iphone 4s and mac book laptop its been 3 month since i have paid. I have tried to contact them i even called their company no one is picking up. I have found their skype i have added them in contact they accept me but once i have mention im still waiting for my items they blocked me. Trust me people dont do the same mistake like i did. IF YOU PLAN TO BUY ANY ELECTRICAL ITEMS LIKE PHONE, LAPTOP FROM ALIBABA WATCH OUT FOR ABBY HU. I wish i could give 0 stars
