Trading through alibaba provides peace of mind that your transactions are secured and you are trading with professionals. I will always buy from this platform and I recommend it to others. We also buy a lot of things for my work. Everything I have ordered in Australia always arrives on time and buying the products and selecting them has been made so easy through Alibaba. Very happy with the service!
Even when you provide Trade Assurance with clear evidence a supplier has commited fraud, they will still side with the supplier. Please do not trust that Trade Assurance will help you or protect you as a customer in any way. You just pay extra when paying to Alibaba. That's it. And it's impossible to get help from customer service.
1. It is inappropriate that the order item in the order-related AliBaba page, is marked as received, while in reality the order has not yet been delivered. In fact, it is still under customs inspection in Estonia. The order is complete once the product has been received.
2. FedEx is a low quality courier. They are always poorly capable of handling customs matters, and lack the indispensable business personality for making customs officials understand that respect towards the customer is essential, and that items cannot be detained without any valid, explicit, and sound reason.
FedEx should never be used for delivery when a person is able to choose other delivery companies. Internationally, FedEx exists only because customers often cannot pick directly the courier whose service they wish to avail themselves of.
3. AliBaba should not only provide a review field for the seller, but also for other aspects of the order. In fact, the aspect of delivery is as important as the professionalism of the seller. If the delivery company fails, the seller fails too.
I have had great interactions on Alibaba. I use Alibaba for my orders from start to finish. I appreciate how my order is tracked and I am notified by the site about the status of my order.
I had no problems organising and getting my product via alibaba, It was simple and easy thank you. I was very pleased with how quickly my order was processed and then sent.
This is our first time to buy through Alibaba, we was a little concern about the time to arrive the merchandise. We were in contact we the supplier and its works perfect.
I ordered some magnetic android and Iphone charger cable. I ordered 200 pcs. I got only 197 pcs. Two package was empty and one was missing. I contact to supplier but i didn't get good reply.

To whom it may concern:
I would like complain against Helei Machinery Trade Company Ltd for not delivering the excavator that we agreed, they swap it with other excavator which is not the same excavator we select while we are in China. I saw it personally that they loaded the excavator that we choose but unfortunately, its different excavator we received in Doha port. The other Unit (hitachi excavator) we have not received as of this date.
It is clear that this company has cheated us by sending the wrong excavator and not sending the other excavator despite all the items has been paid fully, i will send all the supporting document to prove my allegation.
I am very hopeful that you can help us to retrieve back our money and block list this company on alibaba.com website to prevent them in cheating other buyers online.

DO NOT! AND NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM ALIBABA.COM ESPECIALLY MACHINES. I PURCHASED AN ICE CREAM MACHINE FROM THIS LOW-CLASS COMPANY CALLED ZHENGZHOU REALLY LMP.& EXP.CO.LTD. WHEN I RECEIVED THE MACHINE IT WAS NOT WORKING, I CONTACTED THE SALES AND THEY TOLD ME ALL KINDS OF WRONG INFORMATION, I SENT THEM VIDEOS AND ALL THAT TO ONLY GOT IGNORED. NOW I CAN'T EVEN RETURN THE MACHINE BE COURSE ITS AFTER 3 MONTHS WHICH IT TOOK ALMOST 4 MONTHS TO DELIVER! DO NOT DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

I have been able to find many suppliers when doing product research. They have been very personable and show a willingness to help find products and solutions if required.
This was the easiest supplier i have managed to deal with, was prompt, accurate and delivered exactly what was asked, i will be doing more business with this company.
I've done several deals through Alibaba and have had good to great experiences with all of them. Will continue to use them and recommend them to other business owners.
Tip for consumers:
communicate clearly and briefly. remember that you may be dealing with folks who's first language is not the same as yours so make sure your communication is clear, detailed, and not elaborate. Don't use analogies or slang, these folks may have to run your message through a translation program so make keep that in mind in your communications. I have done this and had zero issues with any supplier.
