I like the diversity of products and the large number of suppliers of a product that I want. I have ordered many products over the years and will continue to do so in the future.

I am satisfied with the wide suppliers that they handle, the confidence and security they give to be able to buy, the protection to the buyer and how easy it is to find the products.

Very easy to communicate with and very fast delivery. I like that the products are affordable and how fast they are delivered.
The products are also of a good quality.

They always let you know going on. I receive 250-300 emails a day, they always update things and let me know that I have a message so I don't miss a product!

Alibaba should not charge customer service charge, it should be on the supplier! As the supplier is making money on selling. Customer basing cost on quotation and now to have to add service charges.

Took my money twice and I never received my product. They ignored me. Know one ever helped, got back to me. Never got my money back. Scam do not recommend.

A lot of the items, on the website price are not what the selling is using. It almost a bait and switch pricing. The sell are aware of the pricing.

I like suffer. I like Alibaba because there are showing everything and easy. But I have meet some buyers they only showing product but not sale with Alibaba but why?
