I like suffer. I like Alibaba because there are showing everything and easy. But I have meet some buyers they only showing product but not sale with Alibaba but why?

I have always had great success with the companies I use. I definitely look into each one, and always go for the trade assurance and companies that have been verified.

This is where i found my suppliers of my products and consistently ordering products from here. Ive just open another line of business and also choose my products here. Very satisfied buyer here.

Alibaba made it very easy to communicate with multiple sources at once, and to communicate with them.
My order was cloisonné pins, and polished glass, each from a different source. Both sources used Alibaba as a conduit to promote their products, and the gold star rating of each did influence my choices.

The product quality was first rate, but that was not due to Alibaba, it was due to the expertise of the companies that I dealt with. Each company loved to negotiate, and work with me to get exactly the right look, the right design, and for the 'right' price.

Only one confusing issue, the cost of shipment to the USA. I used air for a 50lb box door-to-door, and that was very reasonable. Included all customs. For the glass, around 200 lbs, shipping by sea was around a fourth of the cost of shipping by air, around $240. If you don't have a customs broker and a bond, as I do, add another $1000 for customs and paperwork. It also took 6 weeks by sea, but I was not in a rush. The cost advantage of sourcing from China vs the USA was more than ten times the shipping costs by sea, perhaps 3 times if by air.

Make sure you have all costs, insurance, who pays for what very clear before placing an order. Door-to-door shipping is the best, let the shipper arrange it, including customs. Once that is understood, the rest via Alibaba seemed pretty straightforward.

It cuts down the concern of losing money from dishonest suppliers for a small business. Easy to find suppliers for your ideas, sometimes to many suppliers to choose from.

I bought a pair of thermally insulated lined gloves; when they arrived I found they had no lining, making them useless. The seller offered to refund the money if I returned the gloves AT MY COST. I replied that as they had sent gloves that I had not ordered, it was them that should accept the postage cost, which they refused. The Alibaba disupte service decidedthat as the gloves "still had some value ", ( maybe to the seller, but not to me), I would receive a refund of 60%. So in effect, the seller always wins and the buyer always loses. The seller can ship anything he likes knowing that at worst he will get the item sent back at no cost to him.
I now know why there are so many warnings never to buy from sellers in China, and will not be buying from them again. I prefer to buy from a country like the UK which had genuine buyer protection laws. The UK works on a simple principle - you only pay if you receive what you ordered. I shall do my best to make my case known in Chile, where I live, so that others do not get caught.

Great awesome wonderful but one thing i notice is the shipping is expensive i hope you guys find a way for a cheap shipping because some of the profit on the item can eat the profit

Though service is very good but money transfer by credit card is painful on it service charge. Because no other online business site take service charge for transfer of money by credit card.
