I purchased two 64 GB Micro SD cards. One is not working another cand has only 30 GB. I am been cheated. You need to wait for these items to come It takes 5 to 6 weeks and now they are not usable. I also purchased Dash board Cams. First thing the manual is Rubish. You will not understand any thing. If you don't know chinese you are dooped. Because first time you "ON" the Dash Cam everthing is in chinese. You need a Chinese frind to sent you to English langauge. When I am using I am not happy. Does not record properly

When you have a good seller, it's a great experience. However, if you run into a problem their Customer Service is just awful! I've had both good and bad experiences. When you place an order you get a LONG list of numbers as your order number. When your purchase arrives, it has no information on the packet to tell you who sent it. I ordered identical items from two different sellers. I got one order, but not the other. But, I had no way to see which seller hadn't sent it! When you have a problem and go to the "help" screen, you get an automated service called EVA. If your problem isn't listed on the pull down menu, you can't go on. In all the times I TRIED to connect to them, I only got through to a person once, and she was rude! My problems were never fixed! I lost $30 in transactions! Tonight I got a message saying that something I ordered was out of stock. They asked me to cancel my order and they would refund my money. Easy, right? WRONG! When I tried to cancel, the cancel button wouldn't work! I contacted the seller to tell them, and asked THEM to cancel and send my refund! I opened a dispute, too. I ordered something in a size large. They sent a size small! Ugh. I'm SO tired of TRYING to get to customer service, with no luck, that I'm no longer going to order through Alibaba.com. It's just awful!
