Trading through alibaba provides peace of mind that your transactions are secured and you are trading with professionals. I will always buy from this platform and I recommend it to others. We also buy a lot of things for my work. Everything I have ordered in Australia always arrives on time and buying the products and selecting them has been made so easy through Alibaba. Very happy with the service!
Even when you provide Trade Assurance with clear evidence a supplier has commited fraud, they will still side with the supplier. Please do not trust that Trade Assurance will help you or protect you as a customer in any way. You just pay extra when paying to Alibaba. That's it. And it's impossible to get help from customer service.

I start this business since 2016. More helpfull alibaba website for me to do this job. This time i bought goods through alibaba. I think that it is correct and trust way of import goods.
I have received excellent service from RST, and they always provide prompt responses to any questions I have. Dispatch and shipping of parts is very fast. RST are a very easy supplier to deal with.
They Perform Well for the size, They appear to be "A" grade, threads good,
No visual problems, performs equal to each other (21pcs).

I brought 11 food trailers from Jack Wang - Qingdao Oriental Shimao Import And Export Co., Ltd.
They were all $#*!ed so bad I am now going to be bankrupt... I ask Alibaba for a refund and they are stuffing me around - NOT HAPPY
Jack offered $200 for each food trailer and I pay $30,000 to ship back - WTF $#*! off Jack and Alibaba...
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM - I asked for New Zealand wires and they told be he has sold to NZ so dont worry -- I send videos and www links to NZ wires - Jack say "All Good" BUT when they all arrive I have to re-wire at $2,500 each.

I provide prove and still denied me this its enough USA size are not over sizes, how its possible we go to regular store and buy there clothes and are the right size, this its crazy how we go to ours stores and the size are plus size like this people say just cause they don't want to give your money back scamming people with wrong items like this ones THE SHIRTS DONT FIT MY CUSTOMERS AT ALL and I'm loosing big money on this one shame on them. T-shirt under are USA and on top shirt china size. BIG DIFERENCE.
