I ordered a scooter from Merlot Commerce and they were very happy to take my money. I received the scooter in a worn-out cardboard box that had obviously been used for shipping in the past. Having been made of very thin, cheap looking cardboard, the top of the box was completely crushed and parts of the scooter were sticking out through the sides. Upon opening the box, i found broken, scratched and cracked pieces on many parts of my brand new scooter. The styrofoam packing was in small broken pieces throughout the insides of the box. I followed Alibaba's protocol for filing with their complaint department by sending photos opf the box and the scooter parts that were damaged. They put me in touch with one of the managers for trade at Merlot Commerce. I was advised by Alibaba and Merlot Commerce that I could return the shipment to them for a full refund at MY cost, and that was the only reparation they would offer.
I wouldv'e had to pay several hundred dollars more to return their product after already having paid in full for it. All I asked for were the parts to make repairs. I was refused. Alibaba made no attempt to intervene. I contacted them several more times reporting the outcome of this transaction and was told there was nothing that could be done.

Ordered 28,500 resin xmas decorations before ordering was sent perfect samples, perfect size and quality from Yuexi QuanYuanSheng Arts & Crafts Co., Ltd. which convinced me to order decorations, I stated in contract that decoratins needed to be similar to samples previously sent before order took place and needed to be 9-10cm in size. As i was quite Worried about size I asked them to send me one of each decoration before sending mass production. The sizes were completely wrong all different sizes, much smaller than stated. I took this to trade assurance and disputed this, Yuexi QuanYuanSheng Arts & Crafts Co., Ltd. admitted to the error and stated I accepted smaller size and price drop even though I did not accept this as I did not change contract! Now i'm having to pay an extra $200 dollars to an inspection company. Even though the company has accepted liability for size! Complete scam. NOT FOR THE BUYER ONLY FOR THEMSELVES!

This is my first time business with Alibaba.com. I can satisfy with the service. He is a good supplier and honorable. He was kind enough to contact me and help me to configure the machine well.

I was Happy with the price and will buy again. The person who took the order did so in fallowed up on this order and was taking care to make sure my order was as requested.

Considering I haven't had any issues with the site, all I can say is that I'm satisfied with their services. Will see how they solve the problems, when they arrise (hopefuly never).

I bought some goods on Alibaba platform and used Trade Assurance.
I had a contract with Hopora Shenzen Co. LTD for supplying the goods DDP, door to door in 2,3 weeks but the goods didn t arrive. The representative sale of the company trick me and not answering to my emails.
I asked Alibaba because I used Trade Assurance to mediate this case but only robotic answers like Please wait patiently.
I asked for refund because is more then 2 months and never happen but the same robotic answer.
I WILL NEVER DO ANY BUSSINES WITH THIS COMPANY OR USING ALIBABA BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT FOLLOWING ANY RULLES.

Love to buy here, all kind and trustful, we always recommend using trade assurance to just click and wait for your items, always find something great here.

I just compleated my first deal on alibaba.com and it was brilliant from start to finish. The product arrived on time was well packaged and first rate

Do not buy equipment from this company! They are liars! Cheaters! Scammers!
I bought a defective pdt with warm & cool steam. The warm red steam does not work. Poor quality! I went through escalating through trade assurance but it's been over a month, & I haven't received any response.
I have lost my trust with alibaba seller. I lost $380 to this company Guangzhou Zhenao. Because of this company. I'm not going to do anymore business with alibaba. Alibaba's TRADE Assurance process does NOT work! Ella Lin, Harry Lin, & Lilly Xu are all cannot be trusted!
It's not a big amount of money, thank goodness! It's the principle of how these people can sleep through the night with their lies
Here's an allegation from this Lilly Xu, who has the audacity to accuse me

"Not machine has problem, just you think it has problem,
We have many other clients bought this Machine, nobody like you and think Machine it has problem,
Machine is good, but i cannot change your idea that you think it's bad,
Honestly, i think you are on purpose, you wanna cheat our Machine and then get money back"
What a scammer!
This company has only been in business for 2 years but already building up awedul reputatio Not machine has problem, just you think it has problem,

Machine is good, but i cannot change your idea that you think it's bad,
