My brother is a lead coach for his own non-profit soccer team for our city's local soccer league and he was told by his friend to order some jerseys for the team. He had no where to start when another friend of his suggested that he orders them from Alibaba.com.
It was worth to give it a try.
His first step was to contact a sports company that manufactures proffesional jerseys for professional sports teams. Hong Ye Sports was the company that my brother bumped into and he ended up contacting with the seller through facebook! He sent the inquiries and concept designs for his team jersey as exactly as described. It was perfect. They asked for $1,480 for both the sample costs and the real delivery because the seller said that they produce jerseys for the professional teams with a HIGH QUALITY material.
We all understood that.
As it was shipped, 15 days later it came on our doorstep at the perfect time.
2 kits of 24 jerseys- one home and one away- was in a perfect quality and shape as they were individually packed in clear plastic wrappers.
Perfect experience with the orders!
I recommend this company. Never scammed by them!: D

It is obvious that Alibaba people work hard to achieve their goal. But most of all, it is nice to see that their goal is very clear and a true breaktrough for international trade and society.

I was sending an email last week to Alibaba to claim that Runshine was supplying me a Log Spitter 5.5 HP diesel / 20 Ton while I prepaid to order a 30 Ton 9.5HP diesel. I detected this very late after contacting the manufacturer of the diesel engine Lifan. They confirmed me that I received from Runshine a much lower powered engine and oil pump was also only 11GPM instead of 16GPM. Nobody at Alibaba gives me answer or make proposal to resolve the problem or to refund the higher price I paid for

I ordered a hot tub with TRADE assurance, you cant call this company, the trade assurance is a joke, THEY WILL NOT GET INVOLVED, THEY WILL NOT GET YOU A REFUND, YOU HAVE ONLY A FEW DAYS. I GOT A HOT TUB ORDERED IN AUGUST, WASNT DELIVERED UNTIL OCTOBER, SHIPPED BY BOAT, THE VENDOR PETER LEE, LIED MANY TIMES, LEFT INFORMATION OUT, CHARGED MORE THAN HE SAID, WHEN IT GOT HERE TO THE US NOBODY CAN OPPERATE IT, HE SAID YOU JUST PLUG IT IN, ELECTRICIAN HAS BEEN HERE WILL HAVE TO COME BACK... ALIBABA WONT EVEN LET ME WARN OTHERS S... ITS BEEN TOO LONG, WELL IT TOOK MONTHS TO GET HERE, AND YOU JUST DONT WANT TO OVER ANYTHING PERSONAL FROM THE SITE ESPECIALLY A LARGE ITEM SHIPPED BY BOAT... DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE, THEY DIDNT CARE ABOUT US, JUST THE LYING VENDer!

Alibaba doesn't deserve even 1 star, I would like to give all the compliments to the company Ningbo Paide Outdoor Products Co., Ltd. When I made decision to buy kayak from China, I made contact with all companies in China to check the offers, but this company was the best from all. I was in touch with Nicole from factory and she was great and professional, but after that I wanted some extra service with shipping because I live in Europe and its was very particular service, so at that time manager Summer step on the floor, and she did amazing job, extremely fast, and efficient and lovely person who did above and beyond to make everything happened. In my business I deal with 5000 customers every day and I know what is mean when you have somebody like this in your team, and Summer exceed that expectations. Company should be proud on her. I will buy again in the future. They deserved 10 stars. If you want to make any business with factory, do it with factory directly, do
not involve Alibaba, because Alibaba is useless.

Unfortunetly the postage cost is high compared to the long delivery time. This aspect changes the attractive product price to a less attractive business case.

My supplier named WILL was very understanding and he was very helpful til I was comfortable with each product. He made sure the transaction was smooth and no hassle til the very end.

I found what I was looking for easily. Suppliers are rated according to their successfull business ratings. I picked a well rated supplier and purchased what I needed.

From the first contact Alibaba was there to make sure I get worry free service!
As a result I received excellent service from both the wendor and Alibaba.

Support on order and after sale is perfect quality of product is very good and price are right for this high quality so is all perfect!
