Trading through alibaba provides peace of mind that your transactions are secured and you are trading with professionals. I will always buy from this platform and I recommend it to others. We also buy a lot of things for my work. Everything I have ordered in Australia always arrives on time and buying the products and selecting them has been made so easy through Alibaba. Very happy with the service!
Even when you provide Trade Assurance with clear evidence a supplier has commited fraud, they will still side with the supplier. Please do not trust that Trade Assurance will help you or protect you as a customer in any way. You just pay extra when paying to Alibaba. That's it. And it's impossible to get help from customer service.

After 3 months of your bike is in factory and then being painted.
When threatened to cancel they say only black color then send you compliment different bike.
L ordered a lady's walk through ebike. For my wife. See photo they send me some tall men's bike no use for my wife. And later said only have this one. I can sell it if I don't need!
Alibaba just side with vendor when I ask for return or refund.

All other Sellers sent defective product with flaws and refuse to fix it.

- doors opens the wrong way (not as ordered), not like in USA

We ordered 2 mantel fireplaces and window trims.
1 fireplace arrived marble. Another - not marble (limestone - cheaper material). But they assured me"don't believe your eyes - it's marble!"
Missing parts!
This company charged me FULL price + expensive shipping for their mistake (missing parts). They took our money and didn't sent the product for 1 year.
Seller, why did you sent as fake marble? Did we pay you with fake money?
Alibaba? Dispute? Yes. We filed dispute 5 times - Alibaba canceled it.
Conclusion: Alibaba don't care about their reputation.
I won't buy anything on Alibaba.
I strongly recommend to avoid Alibaba to my friends and family members.
Alibaba, if you want to keep your customers, you should make them happy, not commit a fraud.

I made order via Alibaba from " Shenzhen O-part Technology Ltd. " Goods arrived very short time and i was very safe in Alibaba assurance. And O-Part Company also very good. Thanx a lot.
Believe me guy, don't trust verified logo, I bought a product ( aphrodisiac)from guangxi kaitai technology 5 years on App, I received a blister without expiry date, batch number and without name( no conform with customs) and without any documents ( invoice and certificates) Alibaba didn't want to wait until the supplier receive a goods. I contacted Thailand embassy( product made in Thailand), they told me that your product and company ( goodherbs) doesn't exist( I have all proofs). I found that they switched to new company ( guangxi taimeile technology) with verified logo plus 1 year. Unfortunately Alibaba is partner in crime( even sender is an other company, check in the picture)Guys if you want to do business with Chinese go to China find a product, stay there, check your product piece after piece, full your boxes or containers, don't trust them ( 0% confidence) us LC. Don't trust trade insurance on alibaba, it's fake ( they advantage their company) even help center on their app doesn't respond.
