Even when you provide Trade Assurance with clear evidence a supplier has commited fraud, they will still side with the supplier. Please do not trust that Trade Assurance will help you or protect you as a customer in any way. You just pay extra when paying to Alibaba. That's it. And it's impossible to get help from customer service.

Do not purchase off Abidin-Bin Ishak from Amasiex Enterprises Sdn Bhd. It is a SCAM, I purchased items off him and paid him and he refused to ship saying I need to pay more money for customs clearance as they had loaded the incorrect quantity but I could purchase the additional at a discounted price, DO NOT EVER BUY FROM HIM
