Even when you provide Trade Assurance with clear evidence a supplier has commited fraud, they will still side with the supplier. Please do not trust that Trade Assurance will help you or protect you as a customer in any way. You just pay extra when paying to Alibaba. That's it. And it's impossible to get help from customer service.

Do not do business through Alibaba, their suppliers will send you the wrong products and Alibaba will only protect them not the buyer irrespective of their Trade Assurance policies!

I want to share my experience with you about this company. I have been looking for the best crystal candelabra since last year for the wedding of my daughter, however, due to COVID, it was moved for this year 2021. I put my level best and time to look for the best choice my daughter wants and amongst maybe 4-5 sellers, I found this Pujiang Kevin Crystal Crafts Co., Ltd. last year 2020. I've been in contact with Mr. Kevin Greene since last year, asking back and forth about what's the best candelabra, vases, crystal giveaways, candle boxes, etc. I am very much amazed of his professionalism, honesty, promptness, and fairness. You would really feel his integrity and decency. He made suggestions, helped me and my daughter a lot of the best products to choose. The pricing is not even an object because he does not care for what he will sell or profit, but he cares so much about us being happy and satisfied. I have not even received the products I ordered but I believe that for almost 5K US$ of crystals I ordered, the experience I had during this buying is priceless. I am a mother, a professional Registered Nurse, and a frontliner and I know the importance of the words "respect" and "integrity" that greatly influence any human being. This company, represented by Mr. Kevin, is tantamount to the kind of seller Alibaba must treasure. Kudos to Alibaba and more power to you!

They have Fake photos copied from other site and false description of their products, they dont feel bad trying to sell something that is not the same product at what they have on their website and the description is definitely all lies, just to make a sale they will lie and not feel guilty about it at all, and when the products arrived, you will get a shocked of your life, it doesnt look anything like the photo on their website and the description is all a lie and false, and I reported them on Alibaba for misleading and deception and they didnt do anything not even a respond on saying they will look into it, I asked them to explained why did you send me a product that is different from the product I originally ordered and they said oh we dont know its the manufacturing company's fault OMG I was so mad, and to get some money back from them is like drawing blood from a stone, never again, so many Alibaba suppliers does this kind of dishonest transactions wasting your, money, time and energy, amazing how they can get away with this kind of dishonest behaviour. Bad Karma to all of them. Taking advantage of Good honest hard working people
