Alibaba is a great site to connect suppliers with buyers. I use this for all my mass purchasing needs and I highly recommend it to others as well. Alibaba works well because there are a number of features to ensure that both parties are getting their part of the bargain.

This was the first time I worked with an overseas printer for our point of purchase display and I am thrilled with the the results. It takes a bit of getting used to the time zone differences, but my contact was very willing to help and work with me to get the product I needed when I needed it by. Overall very good quality. I would highly recommend getting a softproof pdf sent to you before going to print, however. I'm quite satisfied and will be using them for my next project.

I ordered a product and paid VAT on order. Shipper created wrong documentation. And I had to pay tax and charges again on product arrival in my country. I asked for refund of this, but got no sensible response from Alibaba, while this was clearly a fault on senders end.
I spent a lot of time in chats and replying to emails, but they don't seem to understand the difference between DHL and Fedex processes and documentation. Never agian!

We received the goods and they were in very good quality. There was a great delay until the goods were even shipped and we were kind of upset about it, because we had to ask the supplier why it was'nt shipped yet, even though we had a tracking ID that did not work. The answer was, that they did it because of Ali Baba. Long story short, great goods... we are very satisfied with the quality and will order again. But the delivery time definitely has to be ALOT better next time around. Communication was good as well, whenever I had a question.

Site communications and ordering pages, with use of the ratings, supply company backgrounds and Trade Assurance gave me confidence in ordering. VERY easy and a great way to keep record of communications, financial transactions and shipping with manufacturers. It is buyer beware, I did a lot of manufacturer research before spending any money!

I love this company. I won't purchase hair from anyone else. Lace is thin & very light in color! So it can always be customize & tinted to perfection, literally melts in the skin. The hair quality is excellent. I recently straightened my Deep Curly texture bone straight & it literally reverted back to its original texture as soon as I wet it with water. They are very friendly & overall great people to work with, honestly!

I have have had great success with Ali Baba. Follow their guidelines for safe trans actions. Do your research of what you are looking for. Check more than one vendor, prices vary. Was quoted $150.00 from one supplier, got exact replacement from original manufacturer for $32.50. I have had suppliers help me to find other suppliers. Business is business, do your home work. In total, I have dealt with 4 different suppliers of which I have placed decent sized orders with. Everything has gone smoothly. I feel pretty safe using Alibaba as a way to connect with suppliers. The marketplace seems to take many steps and precautions to ensure a safe transaction between both seller and buyer. Tools provided to buyers are numerous and get better all the time.

Alibaba creates a wonderful opportunity to connect with factories/suppliers and bring your ideas to reality. It was my first time working with an overseas factory directly, and I have no regrets. Shantou Chenghai Shenglan Toys Trading is easy to work with and very responsive. My sales representative Lin Coco, was very patient and willing to customize the slime according to my needs. Slime was just as advertised when I received the samples. I like the quality of their slime, it is easy to manage and not overly sticky but stretches nicely. Look forward to continuing to doing more business with them.

When I'm looking for a good deal and many options, I often look to alibaba. They usually come through with what I'm looking for at a good price. I also like the many forms of payment options they have now. Made the purchase a bit simpler on my end this time around as I didn't have to do any bank transfers or use western union, etc...

Months ago I ordered some jerseys. Got them super fast, but they were not the right sizes. Sent email. Asking for right ones, got that shipment right away, still wrong size. Been waiting for weeks and weeks. Still no jersey. This is extremely frustrating and no response to email. Tracking number shows they still haven't moved in 3 weeks from China.

I ordered two 30 in wig from this company both deep wave. The hair is not true to the length and when i tell you i never had human hair that matted up after 1 week. I contacted the seller and she told me i didn't know how to properly take care of the hair. I'm a licensed cosmetologist i know everything about hair. I then send her pictures of the wigs and she still continues asking me did i use the right shampoo or did i comb it. Everybody knows you don't comb curly hair. I'm highly upset that i spent my hard earned money on this company and they are taking this matter to be a joke. Please please guys do not i repeat do not order from this company if you want to invest in a good long term wig!

So far it has been great. Trade assurance orders are a little confusing at times. The pricing advertised is never the actual pricing I think that should change to reflect the actual prices instead of a "bait and switch" tactic by the suppliers.

Great cheap goods but you have to research and make sure the sellers are legit to avoid having trouble. Mine went without a hitch since I did my homework. The seller I dealt with was fast to respond and super healpful. Super happy.

Everything was very clear about the product costing, quality and shipping charges. But i could not find out the custom charges on Alibaba website that i had paid to courier company before receiving the consignment.
