My e-bike order went very smoothly. Company representatives will very helpful and knowledgeable about Customs rules between China and US. Product was delivered on tinThough there was a couple of issues with one of the bikes I ordered, the Company did everything they good to get my problems resolved. If you have problems, loop Alibaba Customer Support in right away and stay on top of things. It's your responsibility to build a good relationship with your manufacturer before ordering.

Never ever buy from this site, this company's are complete scams, they will just take your money and never send you any products. Think twice before buying anything especially if they don't take credit cards.

I really enjoy Alibaba and would recommend it and will continue to use it, only problem that i have is that there for many different spots where messages are sent, either on the site the message center, email or phone message, but then do not show up all the time so if you get a message you must try and find what spot the message went to it is very confusing and time confusing.
