We where looking for new products, that are not available in Europe. Alibaba has wide variety of products for all niches. Sellers communicate in English, so it's easy to ask for recommendations and tips. For small business there is low minimum order quantity & buyer protection. Sellers also offer samples for low cost, so we can check quality. Alibaba protects buyers from low quality products with buyer protection program.

Alibaba has not done enough to protect my purchases. There are a lot of dishonest sellers who want to make a quick dollar, sometimes the product are bad and most they don't supply what was promised and when it was promised. When I complained, Alibaba has been siding with the sellers which only makes me more nervous about purchasing on the platform. They need to do more to screen out bad sellers and promoting the good ones.

Alibaba charges a credit card transaction fee. I don't mind the fee, but I have tried countless times on numerous orders to obtain a receipt for the fees, to no avail. It is hard to reconcile credit card bills against our budget as we need to keep records of all charges on our company credit card. There should be live help and all you have is that automatic bot response which is never... I mean never helpful.

Personally, I'm satisfied with the marketplace. Just be careful that you get good products. Unfortunately, the shipping costs of China are very expensive at the dealers. From experience and well-known I know that the shipping costs in China are very very low. Before you make a big order you should definitely order a sample.

And do not pay directly for large orders, because often something is not quite as it should!

We have purchased from China using Alibaba and without, One experience not using Alibaba was the machine we purchased 4 out of 10 were defective. The only satisfaction was that they would give us a credit NEXT order. Why buy again when 40% or defective? This does not happen with Alibaba they have you protected. I have contacted a company over a year after the purchase and we still get support.

Sound quality is very smooth and even and the wide pickup area because of the large Diaphragm its great i had a singer who's volume level was all over the place because they moved with this microphone i dont have to adjust every 2 seconds. This is the second set of this microphones i have purchased for my application they are fantastic.

This is my first time to purchase cameras online. I worry about quality and after-sales service before, but after I received, I am so happy with the quality, also the sales is very professional. It's very easy to setup once you use cable to connect to your computer. Very user friendly for camera beginner even it's your first time to install. Considering its affordable price, it's a good deal! I will buy more...

ALIBABA is judging very wrongly that a 25 volt rated capacitor can be used on a 30 volt power source. In this case the capacitor will explode and de light will get damaged. I provided Alibaba with enough evidende and also warnings from a capacitor producing company not to use capacitors on higher voltages than written on the capacitor. But Alibaba is not professional enough to judge this and does not support me with trade assurance policy. I can not sell these products due to the shortcomings of the lights.

It has been a smooth sailing so far when coming to samples. Hopefully, when coming to the real orders, I do not get problems with shipping etc. However, Alibaba have deemed to be very resourceful and beneficial to my needs thus far. Hopefully, once I received my ordered goods, I definitely plan to keep within Alibaba.com business.

Was good and reports on status of order of item from Alibaba were timely. The only problem is with delays in shipment of goods. It takes average more than 15 days to air freight an item by EMS from China To Uganda.

First of all good impression of very nice design of products, how easy is to use them.
I love when plastic is so silky soft.
Also devices are tested on our dog and she liked them.

This is my second time purchasing some diatonic accordions from Tide International Co. Withing the Alibaba.com platform and so far it's been a very pleasant experience. As with any product purchase, you have to shop around and ask questions to find the best deals and trust worthy manufacturers, there's good and bad ones as in any industry. You have to know enough about the product you are purchasing to find the best provider, and not end up blaming the platform.

The product was perfect and I love it. I will be buying bulk for my clothing business. The service was really good and this is my first purchase on Alibaba. I am looking forward to buy many more products from these guys!

Even though they tout such protection mechanisms as "Trade Assurance" it means nothing really as I bought $100 worth of digital products only to find the seller reneging on the offer (service went down after 2 weeks of a 2 year deal) and opening a dispute resulted in Alibaba telling me they couldn't force the seller to provide me with a refund:0). Incredible right? Unfortunately the culture in that region has a lot of catching up to do. In any case, Alibaba.com dead to me.

It was my first experience as an importer from such a distant country, but it has left me very satisfied. I liked the attention, the product and the short time the shipment was delayed. I'm looking forward to making a purchase again.

I only ordered a small number of bands but I'm very happy with them and the service. Carol was awesome and stayed on constant communication throughout the process. All items packed properly and neatly. I will do business with the seller again.

Many times the web does not load. You can't read messages on the phone apps. What a joke. Suppliers easily post misleading information to attract customers. Waste of time. Whatever is being advertised is not as what being quoted (minus the shipment).
