I purchased infant toys from here. The experience itself was pretty straightforward and above board; however, shortly after the transaction was completed, my cell phone was getting slammed with spam texts. Don't give them your cell phone number.

This is my first time ordering some items with Alibaba. I hope to continue doing the same. The logistic is the main issue to trade online, due to high expenses on shipment.
I will continue purchasing as it was an exciting step done recently.

Alibaba is a valuable resource to companies wanting to trade with China. Their web interface is very easy to use. The trade assurance is very helpful in making sure that one receives the product that was agreed on. It is getting harder to find products on alibaba because searching, for example, product + blue, returns items that are either product OR blue, and so many more "hits" that are not at all relevant to the search.

Alibaba made finding a supplier easy. The key is doing research and talking with the suppliers to make sure the quality is what you are looking for. In the past we have had some pretty shady suppliers that have given us a very low quality. If you are unsure always get a sample before placing large orders. With this understanding we are now having a very positive experience.

Alibaba is a great platform which apart from the vast array of products on offer, thee are built in protections for both buyer and seller.
The order system and payment gateways are all very useful tools giving a complete search, order, pay and receive system.

I saw the coat from the online Alibaba catalogue. When the goods got delivered,they were totally different from the original.

For the moment I just bought licences and I really appreciate the way I was served.

Had some issues with getting the exact custom colors I ordered, but she got it right in the end. Shipping was kind of long but, quality over all was good. I did come into a few of the vendors respond quickly and I love that.

There's always the concern when purchasing from a different country but I have now purchased goods from four different suppliers and have found them all to be polite, professional and quality. Not only that but all shipments sailed through customs and got from China to my door in under 2 days.

Didn't know what to expect ordering from alibaba, but I am glad I did. I didn't realize all the things you could buy on alibaba. I have helped my parents buy many of their supplies for their business. I have had a good experience and the communication with suppliers is usually very easy and the responses are very fast. Shipping has been good and products are packed well.

Alibaba helps protect the buyer by offering Trade Assurance for companies. I will only order from manufactures/supplies with it. A great way to protect yourself. Just make sure that the seller has Trade Assurance.

Had a great experience using Alibaba to purchase through a new China vendor. Easy communications system. Easy ordering. Easy payment. Product was good quality and quickly shipped. Will now use this vendor long term.

I ordered a full spectrum sauna. I paid for shipping. When I received the package it was severely damaged. The shipper refused to ship it back, they made me take it from the dock. No one takes the blame for the damage. I am stuck with a broken sauna. The distributor won't even respond to my messages. I highly suggest you don't order anything from this site ever!
