Even when you provide Trade Assurance with clear evidence a supplier has commited fraud, they will still side with the supplier. Please do not trust that Trade Assurance will help you or protect you as a customer in any way. You just pay extra when paying to Alibaba. That's it. And it's impossible to get help from customer service.

Overall it works, it can really make you sleep but also lost it effect after you short sleep, have to reuse the devices.
