Quite difficult to find wat your looking for, but peoples are very friendly et ready to help you. I just have been a little bit anxious about the paiement, Ali baba didn't noticed very rapidly and i still received invitations to pay two days after paying, using tt system

For over 1 and a half years. AromaEasy Team has never failed me. Mini pure oil diffuser with color changing. So fantastic. They're very professional in custom design and helped answer all my questions in a timely matter. Communication throughout was great the transaction.

Alibaba is a good format to find manufacturers in and around Aisa. There are two problems though, their search engine for products needs more refining as I hadd too many unrelated products popping up in search. And their message facility gets confused when I get several messages but hangs or stays on one manufacturer and will not let me see the rest.

It was the worst buying experience in my life! After 7 months negotiations and 2 disputes opened I stay with very low quality, broken machines. Don't believe for what their statements regarding Buyer protecting! It's all one big BOOLSHEET! Once you paid your money if something going wrong you will never get it back! Don't waste your time and money! Stay away from making deal via this site. Those people have no idea what os fair trade and what is customer service in civilized world!

It's my fourth time I buy products from Alibaba in China for my business and I'm quite satisfied with the service, quick answer when you have a question, crazy prices, and attended quality I need to work with.
I just wish the packages had less plastic and more recycled paper to wrap the products in!

As a first time user of the platform, I was highly skeptical and doubtful. I was very pleased with the promptitude of communication from the different suppliers I contacted and their reaction time with my queries. Added to that, alibaba's order protection reassured me that there won't be delay in shipping my product as they impose a time frame within which the supplier has to ship the product otherwise they can suffer penalties.
Finally, the expense appearing in my credit card was clearly labelled alibaba so that I could trust using my bank card with their paying service.
Overall, for a first experience, I was thoroughly reassured of the legitimacy and happy with the suppliers availability even after I had received my package. Will be using again for sure! As a matter of fact, I am already:-):-):-)!

Alibaba has made it extremely easy to order from factories or companies in China. I believe they try to make it as safe as possible, but you also have to be wary and use common sense. Reputable vendors have a longer history, gold supplier badges and Alibaba also offers Free Trade Assurance for those making the purchase. I am very impressed that Alibaba has been able to pull this off and help unite businesses on this Global B2B platform, as well as uniting our two countries (USA & China) together. You guys are doing an excellent job!

The overall experience was good but when i asked a question it takes several days to get a response, the live chat never works and the answers i receive are not clear. I received my order in a reasonable time and in good condition if we could just fix the communication issue it would be great.

In the end I managed to place an order and everything went fine. But i spent many many hours investigating products, vendors, etc.

The reason for that is the difficulty of the Alibaba-website. Too much irrelevant stuff on one page. You really have to read everything through carefully and memorize paths. Different payment methods, Trade Assurance.

Please make very simple user experience. Shouldn't a Trade Assurance, overall security be a default for every transaction. If you think in another way, pay less and get uncertainty and you might lose your money.

I have shopped at a lot of other online stores but Alibaba seems to just be the best.
The suppliers are very helpful and its always nice that you can chat to them and ask them questions about the product. There some amazing products/Gadgets on Alibaba for very decent prices compared to he other online stores.

It is easy to be lost among all the offers but if you spend enough time you will be presently surprised with your experience. I spent about 4 weeks going back and forth with multiple suppliers about cake and chocolate boxes for my needs. Prices had a big range for the same products. Delivery with DDP terms was different too and made a big impact on final cost. However, I managed to find 2 great suppliers who completely satisfied me with purchasing experience and product quality!

I would definatly recommend to buy from here if you have a chance to buy bigger stock, wait 3-4 month and spend time searching for best deal! Do not rely on some of the sales manager words that their deal is the best - it is not true - shop around and find your best choice!

We are waiting since months for a $3'900 delivery from a supplier (Shenzhen Hengyuxin Mechanical Technology Co.). I've contacted Alibaba, but nothing happens. Very disappointing, as we can not deliver our product to our customer, because of this missing part.

Satisfied. My first time order was with a trade assurance and verified company.
Everything came in nicely packed they told me 7days came in 10 days but im just glad I didn't get robbed for my money and product is how its described.
