Good experience to deal through Alibaba, easy and safe. We placed order through Alibaba, to make sure we can get the right products in time. We bought tubes from China before, only do in traditional way, but sometimes, the goods will be some problem, and it's not easy to communicate with suppliers, some suppliers will not solve in time, or even no any feedback then, but now I feel much better, we can do international business in a easy way.

The term is the" customer is always right." That's really a true slogan in the US. Ask yourself when you got the wrong item from a store or drive up where you able to return it or get your money back in the US? We are blind sighted giving our money to people we don't know without a product in our hands, so let's turn this around: first China you send me the product then I'll pay you. People, we don't have any recourse through Alibaba, Made n China or the Chinese manufacturers. "Their", the Seller is always right. Lets bring America back the right way this time.

With the help of a custom agency and saving some understandable misunderstandings, having received the good on time and in good condition and giving the dealer all the information needed when in our warehouse, this first transaction has been a full success.

This was my first time using Alibaba to find a Chinese Mfg. For construction mats. The Mfg. Was fast and very thorough with responses to my information requests. Their prices were goods. They gave me a shipping deadline kept to it. The product quality is as described.
I would highly recommend them if your looking for plastic sheeting products.

Fine for finding companies selling different products but they are not good at managing issues between buyers and sellers. It's always shady and difficult to buy from a seller online from across the world and they don't do anything to make it easier. Additionally, they do not have an easy claim support. I received broken glass bottles and they asked my to fish through the broken glass to give them an accurate number of how many glass bottles were broken. Absolutely ridiculous. Once your money has been sent, you won't get it back no matter the condition of the product you recieve.

I will never recommend anyone use this website unless you want your money scammed. I have never received my package its been more than three months and the tracking number I was given doesn't exist. I tried escalating to their customer line but they protect their own, apparently they can't refund me my money back because supplier claims he shipped the package but how when it can't be tracked online? Don't buy from this site

I ordered multiple different products from 3 different Chinese sellers and received poor quality products. Filled with defects, scratches, dents and poor finish that were not mentioned in their product listings. I was confident that their "Trade Assurance Policy" would protect me but it turns out they always favor sellers over buyers, just like what others experienced here. It's been 5 months since I filed a chargeback with my bank but it seems that I won't be getting my money back.

I had doubts at first. This first purchase was one of my best on-line experiences. The product was better than advertised. I saved money and the delivery was faster than expected. I am delighted with alibaba.com. I suggest giving alibaba a try!

I have purchased oxygen machine from this website trusting there "buyer protection program" supplier has delayed the delivery for more than accepted time and I lost my orders from my buyers.

When contacted Alibaba they say as per the terms They don't support me in this issue.:(
I feel in an agreement of 10+ pages they will always find a caluse to support there china suppliers.

Please don't trust there program.

A plus also, is the customer support of Alibaba, checking with you if the shipment has been received or not, and if there are issue with the product you bought and what not.

I congratulate Alibaba for being quite reliable and respectful of the purchases of their customers, as they offer a holding of our funds till the product is shipped and received. This means our money is safe, and if the product is not up to standard then we can have our money back, or parts of it. I will likely keep buying products from this company.

I had never purchased from an overseas supplier before. I am located in the US. There was a bit of a learning curve to overcome when interacting with suppliers on the Alibaba.com platform, but there are plenty of help docs available so the process wasn't too painful.

Once I figured out the basics, finding a reputable supplier was very easy and working through the details of the order was also very simple.

I can't say enough about how pleasant my overall experience was. I can't wait to initiate more orders for more great stuff.

Alibaba is a cool platform for anyone looking to buy goods from China. I like how i can even get to communicate with the suppliers and also have the option to use my own shipping agent. The only challenge is getting to identify reliable suppliers with genuine products as some lie and you get to realize it once the good get to you. But in case unsatisfied, you can cancel and ask for a refund and Alibaba will solve the dispute professionally. I bought goods from China and i am in Kenya.
