Stay away from Alibaba they have sellers who are big scammers and. I bought two products from the same seller almost 9 months ago, one I never received and I sent Alibaba customer service the tracking number that shows that the product was never delivered to me and they asked me for more proof. If someone buys something through a platform, it is to have some security. The second product is a product with limitations to be resold because it has patent problems it cannot be resold so now I have almost 300 products in my possession that I will never be able to sell I was scammed by the seller and by Alibaba

Alibaba is the first experience I have had the pleasure of trading with, outside my country( United States). They are very helpful explaining how to trade on their web site. I have found it to be a great experience. I feel like they are the go to, for any merchandise I need. Thank You, RJ

Alibaba needs to get more involved to gain customers trust chatting with company representatives is not a problem solver Alibaba has rules and policies they should be enforced free shipping means no cost to customer in shipping but when company makes customer pay shipping alibaba should inform seller to stop fake and bad advertising information

I have looked for a good reliable source to buy some materials for my business that were either hard to find or too expensive. Alibaba had all of the items I needed at an affordably price and they sales people were very knowledgeable about the products I ordered.

No Complaints. The manufacturer was very happy to have our business and was very helpful making little changes that we needed like converting over 100 units to 110V Ac from 220 also including the compliant power cord when asked.

Hi, I bought some LED product from aliexpress. With free shipping. However DHL did not give the parcel to me before I paid 24,80 exctra to them! They call prepayment. Do I get discount -24,80 for ali payment now?

As a first time user Alibaba I was unsure of what to expect but I am now very happy to say it was a pleasure and wish I had used the site a long time ago. Great communications and very quick turn around times I could not have asked for more. The quality of the product is far better than I expected

I reside in The U.S.A., but I enjoy doing business in China. My partners and I felt very safe doing business cross-country, knowing that Alibaba is there to see us through those unforeseen times or unexpected events.

Mrs. LI LY, at Guangzhou Dailusha Trading Co., Ltd, sold me a machine that never worked. I contacted them & they sent a video. I was able to get it to work only intermittently. It would work once, then not work the next time. They kept giving me different things to do and it was finally established that the handle on this machine was faulty. (There was a small screw that would drop out, causing it to malfunction) They promised to send a new one, but never did. They also stopped answering any of my emails/messages on Alibaba. I finally went to customer service with the complaint, but by then, my warranty had run out.

Save your money, I lost $1600 with Alibaba. I did have customer service contact me when I'd posted a negative review on another site, saying they'd look into it. That was 3 weeks ago and now, no response from them either. So besides the dishonest vendors, Alibaba's customer service doesn't do anything to rectify problems either.

Ordered hundreds of pkgs. Of seed, half were the wrong product, who knows what they were. I started filing disputes and that is when they decided to close my account with no warning at all. Beware of this company.

I purchased a knock-of of loge technic. The product was grate for the price. Had fun building it. Although the gears could use some tweaking by the injection moulding group. Rougher and louder than Lego technic gears.

I was nervous to order from out of the country, but Bonnie with Haining Qiangyi Trading Co. Made the experience so wonderful. She was quick to respond, answered all my questions, and was super patient with me when I wanted to change things on my order or add more product last minute.

We needed some socks asap and Bonnie was able to make that happen. We also didn't need a huge quantity, and she was one of a very few that was willing to accommodate our needs. This for SURE will get her more business from us.

We received the socks, which had our logo embroidered at the top, and everyone was impressed! The quality of the socks and the embroidery was good... or logo lettering is very fine.
