Alibaba.com a wonderful place where the buyer can find a supplier and vice versa. Alibaba's website is very simple and accessible even for a child.
I wish Alibaba to continue to maintain a high level of professionalism!

Very happy. Out of all Orders, which are in the 50 single transactions, we had only one issue with a supplier. Alibaba stepped in and helped to find a very good resolution. Products and People are awesome.

I work with Alibaba since 5 years now, and i never got problems with any import.
If you got issues, check the quality and the guy who you are buying it, but the website it's just 100% Chinese tech quality, perfect.

I paid this company over a month ago for items they promised to deliver by the deadline date. First they missed my deadline, then there's no communication and now a month later still no products and they tell me they haven't traced the funds yet. Last week they told me they did find the funds and will refund me. I'm getting NO joy. DON'T USE this supplier. You'll be out of pocket and out of product.

Unless, problems with online payment (have to contact my bank to authorize a payement by credit card, because there's no 3D secure payement like in Europe) but once the transaction is completed, the selected suppliers send you your order or make it manufactured, to be sent as quick as possible, the transaction is guaranteed by alibaba until you receive the product. Really good experience.

You have to do your part and be specific with your requests and manage the influx of responses. But once you have a handful of good options, the process is very easy and provides excellent piece of mind. I have used Alibaba very successfully for my own business and a business I run for someone else.

I worked hard to promote the ads of alibaba page and I got some earning but now three months and still show pending. I contacted them when they pay me, they never answer. They show that you can earn money with them but all are LIES. You just will lost time and money with this kind of thieves and animals killers. Shame on you

Made an order. It was shipped by a terrible shipping company called Aramex that doesn't notify the assignee that the goods have arrived in the country and the amount to prepare taxes. Called them up to have them initiate the tax clearance process and they lied in their system noting that they tried calling. About a fortnight late already they deliver to the wrong location, even though I had provided them the delivery address. In their system they lied again saying the reason the goods were not delivered was because the payment was not prepared. This is not true as they didn't even reply to inform us of the amount to prepare for the tax. Goods arrived too late and a deal was lost. Late liars working with Alibaba are bad for business. I will make sure to request to not ship by Aramex. The worst shipping company in my decades of trade.

I have found most of the products are available that I want. I have had delays a couple of times and was asked to review product before I got it. Most jewelry that I ordered is made really well and beautiful but some had issues which was resolved.

Trade Assurance on Alibaba.com is a fiction. I am a British and I see that Chinese people are preferred when settling disputes. Although the supplier is at fault, Alibaba does not want to withdraw money from Trade Assurance. Scammers. Yours sincerely, Jerzy Moryc.

The most important factors in trading are the delivered product must be receipt and up to the buyers' expectation.
During the course of trading there would be a lot of worries about quality and payment and fraud.
A trust worthy platform in this case is a vital media for protection normal and honest trading.
It is an essential factor to improve development of our own country.

Alibaba.com turned out to be exactly what we needed to successfully purchase the parts needed for our business.

Although, of the eight companies I communicated with when searching for our product, we finally found one that knew his product and could actually assemble the list of requirements and deliver. Frustration is not the American Way.

We've been doing business with them for over a year, and they were helpful when problems arose. For example, they replaced faulty parts, worked with us when we needed additional documents for customs, air transport and more. We're continuing business with them and are satisfied with the phones so far (we ordered 5 different models over the year).

I was not sure of what charges I would incur so I made every effort to determine what they would be prior to making the purchase. It ended up that I knew all the charges in advance and there were no surprises. I am not sure how thing have or will change with the tariffs in place now as my purchase was just before the 25%.

Don't use these guys. The products are rubbish. I ordered a car cover which promoted as heavy duty, water proof, snow proof etc. Living in Australia I thought it should good if it keeps the snow out:)
The quality was rubbish, water passed straight through, it was thin as paper. When I complained they just kept ignoring me and then told me the issue was close, with no satisfactory resolution.
Be wary with Chinese supplies, NO reason to resolve as plenty more will be suckered in.

Alibaba ensures neutral fair play between paying customers and value sellers. Incase on non receipt of product or defective the customer is protected and also in case of problematic customers, suppliers are protected.

Can't say I'm a fan of the automatic verified delivery. Placed my order more than a month ago, and thanks to the supplier I finally received it. Had I been dealing with a scam, I question how difficult it would be to get a refund. I went in search, and have found what I wanted through Alibaba. Will I do business here again? I'm willing. Do I need to do business again? Not at this time. Would be nice if Alibaba wasn't advertised so heavily in Google's search engine. The pros and cons of over advertising is, you reach more people, but how many people are sick of seeing something repeatedly. You lose some of your audience due to being blocked and forgotten.

My experience with Alibaba system was quite OK, fast and effective. However shipment was delayed ' most probably due to transportation company. But I am happy with the result, will continue using Alibaba system.

I have been doing business with Alibaba for about a year now and have found their suppliers and ease of payment exceptional! I would recommend them for a point of sale for all fishing related merchandise. I only had one issue with my merchandise shipped to another US company in Florida. That company refused to send the merchandise to me and denied receiving it. Alibaba got me a full refund.

Will answer any questions you have in decent amount of time. Whatever help you need regarding product details, shipping info, etc. They have no problem helping you until you understand. Very great company
