It is a high risk looking for a certain product thousands of kilometers from your place and not knowing the company you choose as a product supplier. Cathy Zhang from Anhui Develop Amorphous Equipment Co., Ltd. was of a big help to make my decision to order from them. Alibaba's platform gave us the communication tool for the start and helped us execute our deal in very satisfactory manner. The products of the company perfectly fulfill the stated characteristics. Customer support during ordering and execution of order is of highest standart.

I enjoyed the way the website worked. But when I had an issue with the supplier sending boxes that were to small Alibaba wants more money to help. They wanted me to pay $500 for a mediator. Then there was no guarantee. If Amazon did this they wouldn't be where they are today. Why can't Alibaba stuck up for me?

I'm a retired broker of antique motorcycles. It took me weeks to reject the many poor quality electric mobility scooters. Having decided on the DYU concept, It took me weeks of having my sample order rejected due to my living on an island and the battery (dangerous goods) issue. Finally, I tried Alibaba and was allowed direct contact with the F Wheel Industrial sales correspondent, Ms. Rosy Hen. It took weeks, but her resourcefulness resulted in saving me hundreds of dollars and weeks of shipping time. Steve

It' very convenient business if your buy is on most bulk, the answers get some delay due to the difference continent and time, othere than that it's just fine, also the most inconvenient thing is there is No customer Service you talk to only online, so you have to deal with it.

We have placed multiple orders through Alibaba with mostly good service from the suppliers and manufacturers. People need to understand, if you do not place a Trade Assurance order from a verified supplier then their is nothing Alibaba can do but rate that supplier as a bad seller. My advice, pay the extra 2% fee, use a business credit card to pay for your orders, never wire money to anyone, and if the order is not delivered or is not correct contact Alibaba directly for assistance. We have had no issues but we only use Gold level syppliers with trade assurance!

I was very happy with the product that I purchased and the company I dealt with. Their customer support was great and answered all of my questions during the process. I would definitely purchase again using Alibaba. I bought the Trade Insurance on the product through Alibaba and luckily I did not have to use it.

It's easy to use, and the suppliers are very helpful. For example, i ordered of 3 different suppliers, and they all kept me updated on the product and showed me pictures of the product as it was being produces. This made everything go much smother, and i can concentrate on other aspects of my business, like designing my website.

However, payment security can be improved. The credit account i used to buys parts was used by someone in NewZealand making unauthorised purchased a few days later.
Was luckily stopped by my bank.
If there are other payment found such as paypal will be great. Or a "pre-paid" bank account that we can deposit funds without submitting bank credit through this site will be good.

I was nervous about buying through Alibaba, but the experience was very straight-forward. Seller was incredibly helpful, walking me through every step and answered all of my questions immediately. The information from Alibaba was useful too. The products were every bit as top quality as advertised, well packaged, and sent straight away so I am very happy (and relieved!).

I continue to look for great value and quality with great service among the part distributors. I have been very pleased with the Alibaba website because it gave me Great resources to find qualified manufacturers of electronic components, and the service among these people are very very good. Have made schedules where Mouser, Digikey and other distributors did not have components in time. I will continue to order key components in mass from Alibaba distributors.

My order never arrived. After checking the order a couple of times, now that I'm ready to file a complaint, I can't get back onto the website. I can't find a way to at least find out why I didn't receive my purchase nor to try to get my money back. The good news is that I only lost a few dollars, and now know enough to never, ever do business on this site again.

I've been using Alibaba.com for a while now it was a bit tricky at first but after a while you get the hang of things and the suppliers are only to pleased to help you I will continue to use it and hopefully have the same good fortune as always.

When I bought my first two scooters here, at Alibaba, I was a bit sceptic about the whole affair. After a while, I come in contact with my awesome forwarder. From there, there was only downhill. She cut my shipping rates with 60%, and I would never have learnt to do deals like that without Alibaba.

Alibaba.com opens communication between sellers and buyers. Many suppliers to choose from. Very detailed descriptions easy access to new merchandise. Very helpful with selling ideas. Also great communicators fast in refund issues. They are the go between buyers and suppliers

I can find everything I need here and get a response fast! I have already worked with 3 different suppliers and they all give me exactly what I want for my customers. This is great for business and growing relationships!

We ordered RTD probes and our first supplier had difficulties delivering the product however Alibaba helped up resolve the issue quickly and we placed an order with a different supplier which delivered an excellent product. We are very pleased and happy to have been able to establish this connection.

Very useful resource for buying bulk materials (better than Ebay or Amazon by far). We needed a sample for our product and we gave our Alibaba representative ~20 changes to our criteria for the sample. She was very patient and kind through the whole process. Thank you Seven White!
