I was a Gold Member with the Alibaba.com, for the past 3 years.

I haven't received not even a single inquiry. Lost all my payments to the Alibaba.com.
Irresponsible customer care.

Who else plan to associate with Aliababa.com, to generate leads in Service Industry – Please rethink- you will certainly be disappointed.

Alibaba offers great options for global trade/business. They seem to constantly improve, which is valuable and appreciated. I have used multiple trade platforms, but I almost always end up back on Alibaba when I make my purchases. They have the best screened suppliers and manufacturers, and offer the best protection and payment options.

I ordered a jacket from Alibaba a few months ago and it still sits in my closet like brand new still in the package. I ordered extra large and received a small with crazy note xl out of stock. Absolutely terrible, now what should I do? Return to China at my expense not fair to me. Plus I waited a month for it to arrive. Buy nothing from this ripoff store.

Very impressed with our first order from Leran. Ivy was easy, helpful and professional to deal with. We had some payment issues due to site payment problems but Ivy solved it really quickly and put us into ease. Will definitely be ordering from them again.

The Alibaba site is very user friendly, once you spend a little time finding your way around. Most Suppliers are are very keen to assist you and are prompt in responding, but as always there are a few that are not so professional. Always check the reviews and reply times for suppliers, as it gives you a good idea about just how they do business. Getting samples can be a time consuming and difficult process. In summary, we have found Alibaba a great place to source products, but you need to be patient and understand that there can be a languge barrier that makes communication difficult.

The Alibaba website has a ton of stuff to search through. Only issue is a lot of the time you have to go through many layers of filters to get to exactly want you are searching for. Can be somewhat frustrating. The Trade Assurance program makes confirming an quick and safe.

I bought a lego set for my son, it was missing at least 15% of the legos. I wanted to return with a full refund. The company ruled that I would get a partial ($4) refund (I spent 45!

He cannot build his lego set without those pieces. Completely unsatisfactory. Save your money, go with EBAY or Amazon.

How Alibaba has been very helpful from start to end during this shopping trend. The payment method is exceptional in converting the currency and completing the process. The communication with the supplier and how I get notified of unread messages that needs attention is superb. Getting the tracking number to track the item and been able to see it through is out of this world.

I often visit Aliaba and purchase from many different sellers. I am using Alibaba since 2005 when things were still much smaller. They have improved a lot over the years and are still able to maintain the adventurous style of the marketplace. To be recommended!

There are so many different suppliers on the Alibaba site that I haven't needed to look elsewhere for my products.
I really like that suppliers have information liked gold rating etc on their site so you can have an appreciation of who you are dealing with.

I got my supplies, quite quickly in fact. The only downside is the price of shipping. Another thing that would be nice is email updates, so I know when something has shipped. Sitting here waiting for the shipment to reach the US is nerve wracking.

I went through Google to purchase an phones case since they don't sell them in my area any longer. The web site led me to this company so I thought they would be an honest company. They took my money, sent a product that was a piece of crap and didn't come close to fitting my iPhone 4s.

We are a small company, doing business via Alibaba.com on a more or less regular basis. Experience has always been very good - response of companies on Alibaba is fast, people are very friendly and professional, prices are reasonable - shipment is quick in most cases.

We will do more business in future.

Ten months ago I ordered from AliExpress.com. My credit card was charged $17.92. Never received the item. I filed a complaint and was told the seller is no longer doing business on AliExpress.com. They gave me the name and full address and asked me to contact the local authorities for remedy. What a f*u*c*k*i*n*g joke. AliExpress.com is bull-crab and they do nothing for you. Consolation, I only lost $17.92 compared to the hundreds of customer who lost 100's and 1000's. Do NOT trust the Chinese! I repeat, DO NOT TRUST THE CHINESE, they are f******g crooks!

Alibaba is very reliable and safe. If there are any issues with suppliers the Alibaba team are there to quickly resolve any serious issue. This also means if you are disatisfied they can return your money. It is a genuine and fantastic ordering system that I highly recommend. In addition we have found excellent suppliers:-)

Great site with lots of options but specific (technical) product can be a little difficult to find due to terminology can differ when dealing with people/suppliers around the world and search filtering options could be better

Easy to find what you are looking for, secure transactions with support. A very good marketplace, but you still need to do your homework. Don't be cheap, pay for samples. Start small be willing to learn.
