I've ordered several things from the sellers on Alibaba, and I've only had one small hiccup. Every other order has been exactly to my expectations and, in some cases, completely exceeded my expectations.

The only downside is the cost of shipping from China to the US. And of course, this isn't their fault.

My business potential has grown exponentially since using Alibaba.

It would have been a wonderful service if the mobile charge could fix properly to charge the battery and also battery itself could hold the charged at least for a couple hours.

But it didn't so I have to send the good back.

Fantastic experience, took all my concerns about working with a Chinese company away. I would certainly recommend using the Alibaba guarantee service, it removed all worries about buying from a new company.

This was my first time using Alibaba. I just have one complaint. The email interface is horrible. It is hard to see conversation history, I came across having to try multiple time to attach files. I think you can do a lot better in enhancing the email interface.

Never having done this before one was a bit afraid things would go wrong. It was a bit difficult understanding the system but once you just carried out their step by step instructions everything was great. I am just an individual not a company so it was personal.

Based on the two experiences with Alibaba.com, it is really a trusted source for acquiring products. It is safe, easy to use, with many available alternatives and provide good protection for shoppers.

When choosing the Russian language to work with Alibaba, English is often displayed in messages and menus. This happens very unpredictable, and without a system. Just suddenly Russian is replaced by English.

If I place an order true Alibaba the supplier has a hard time with my shipping address, because my city "Steinbach" is not in the system.
Could you please enter Steinbach Manitoba Canada into the system?
Other than that I love using Alibaba to find products.

Seller Echo from Kamada electric bike sent us 50 BMS. They were very poor and did not work. Seller did not accept return after we supplied all kinds of evidences. We had to file a dispute. Alibaba asked all sorts of evidences, and we sent them! But they continued asking us to hire "their third party" for $500 to confirm dysfunction (we cannot trust to pay that $500 anymore!), and at the end, they denied our return. It was just a return! We did multiple tests, and took all kinds of evidences, which wasted us a lot of time. At the end, no return! Be careful how they got their over 4 rating!

I found a good supplier who did an amazing job so did not need to turn to Alibaba's 'Trade Assurance'. I had read the reviews about the trade assurance dependant on supplier's willingness to refund. I was careful in selection of the supplier and everything went well but will continue to be cautious.

I have enjoyed working with the Alibaba group, but in recent days I am distressed to discover that all my previous messages with some of my suppliers have been lost as a result of the new updates made to the message center. Please help! What can I do to recover them!

The key is to find the right supplier, and once you find a company you trust and like working with, this is the best way to source products for your business. Love Alibaba and their suppliers. We have found a great company and continue to work with them for our business needs.

Ordered nutrition powder from Shaanxi Pioneer Biotech. They shipped quickly, and it arrived quickly. We used Ali Baba trade assurance which makes it safe for me as a buyer because if the seller doesn't ship the product or it is not as described, I can lodge a dispute, and get a refund. There was no problem with the transaction though- I got my product, and the seller got their money.

I had no idea how to do anything but the woman I was dealing with sorted out shipping, delivered to my door duty paid, and everything went extremely smoothly. I had confidence to pay due to the Alibaba guarantee, and I was able to transfer to a UK bank account that then sent the money to China, making transaction costs low. Very pleased and would use Alibaba again.

I decided to make an order. A company representative helped with ordering, and also answered all my silly questions. We also waited without any problems and questions while our company moved to new areas and while financing allowed us to place an order. Representatives of the company communicated politely and professionally. I recommend to talk with representatives if you have questions, respond quickly enough considering the time difference with Ukraine.
