The only thing i suggest is just if that is possible to add more payment solutions.

Please with what Alibaba has to offer but the message center needs a little work. For example when looking for suppliers i reach out to a few of them at a time in a search and sometimes its from the same company which has multiple post, there are time i am talking the the same supplier in multiple chat. If you there is a way to flag that Ive already reach out to that particular supplier.

Even when many suppliers do not respond inquiries, (which is not Alibaba's fault), the ones who do respond are very kind and helpful. I did several purchases already and I was very happy with all of them. Thank you.

Fantastic service, delivery and products. Stella was amazing with all my questions, helped me to deliver the product to Cambodia, which is normally very difficult with customs and delivery to the final address. But she did it! Thanks again!

It was easy fr me to find and compare suppliers and products. Everything went very smoothly from searching, ordering payment and delivery. It did not feel like I was dealing with someone from the other side of the world.

Aliibaba did a fine job of arranging and expediting my order. They communicated well and provided updates on status of order - good service. Will deal with them again if I require additional parts for my equipment.

When doing business via Alibaba it is imperative to use the Trade Assurance to pay and be on the safe side. They offer rating of responsiveness and communications of the prospected supplier. Ask as many questions you need and verify with the sales person before buying. All that stays in the chat as proof for Alibaba to analyze if you have a claim. That is the way I see it. Regards, W

Best platform, best experience so far, now worries at all if you do your business transactions in the right way, save for your credit card, and yes just be-careful and follow Alibaba policy and you will be just fine.

Great Place for a Massive World of Products. It is really mind boggling what is here and the number of vendors there are for each product--so many that it is hard to settle on just one. That can be a very good thing--competition between vendors.

I needed a media wall with a few company logos on it. The trader was amazing so helpful the price was less than a quarter of other quotes I got and the product exceeded my quality expectations by miles.

Ony one bad point: the chat to discuss with the supplier is horrible and the messenger panel is complex when you have no time.

In my opinion the page is a bit complicated. It is not very easy to navigate. Open a new tab in every click you make and i dont like that.

I just wish It was more ready order for smaller items. Maybe I'm using the site wrong, but most of the time when I'm trying to order something, I always have to private message the seller or company first.
