Everything was better than expected, Moca was very kind and helpful during all the process assisting me with everything she could and offering me the best deal possible, also she managed to get me a really good shipping cost in comparison with other competitors. I am so very satisfied with my purchase and definitely purchasing more from her on a regular basis.

Am really thankful for Alibaba because in a cut-throat industry like ours, we have to be innovative and need to find new products and services that we can offer our clients in order to have an edge from our competitors. Through Alibaba, we were able to know manufacturers and suppliers direct from China, notwithstanding the language barriers, and are able to find new products to offer but without the high risks and having that peace of mind that you will surely get the products you have ordered. Through Alibaba, we were also able to visit the wonderful country of China and met with some of our partners and suppliers and establish not only business relationships in the process but also great Chinese friends.

Alibaba always was very helpful answering all my questions and inquiry about the company I was dealing with.
The product received was delivered on time, in good condition and was exactly what I was expecting

Purchased 240 coasters on Alibaba. Only 127 arrived. They were poorly printed with blotches in the print. Many of them were broken. Of the 127 that arrived, only 27 were usable. I asked for a refund. The seller offered a minimal refund. I escalated to trade assurance. I supplied numerous pictures, numerous "uploads". Seller responded in Chinese only. I requested interpretation but request was ignored. Alibaba responded once stating I had not given them specific numbers. I referred them to several previous entries. They then denied my claim stating I did not give them a video. Apparently 51 pictures I had sent (literally) was not sufficient. My claim was denied. Because I had not agreed to the refund on only 5 items, they gave me no refund. My requests for English interpretation of the seller's entries were ignored. My request for a PI was ignored. It was very apparent that Alibaba and Trade Assurance was there to support the seller, not the buyer.

The online process was easy, guarantee safety of credit cards and details. The delivery was made on time. The product are of good quality and felt the value for money. The after service is great at least I am able to give my opinion compared to other online service providers. Great job keep up the good work

I found that Alibaba.com is being managed very professionally. It took me just few minutes to find and order and pay for my products. Right from registration to ordering and paying for products is a very easy process. Thank you Alibaba management and suppliers for such a great professional service.

It is very challenging to know if you can trust the supplier when you first order from them. I always build relationship first and do a trial order of the product. Hence forth, you'll know if you can buy from them in bulk or consistently. I'm pretty much satisfied right now with the suppliers I shop from.

I was very happy to have received my first order from Alibaba. Lot of people I know do shopping online Alibaba so I wanted to try out to see if I will receive my order and that it arrived on time. It actually works great. The responses from the supplier is quick, easy to communicate and understand.

Good web interface but I meet several problems
- during charting i have several windows with same name... I delete one and disappear all charting windows and i lost contact and all messages. I am shire it is possible to repair bit I do not understand how to do.
Also in right-up corner we have red number - like new messages and it is not understandable how to clear this value by visiting corresponding link. Any way... may be later I will understand all... Thank you for your good job.

I chose Alibaba to site carry out orders as every thing was easy, and piece of mind knowing all orders are tracked, plus great after sales back up if something was not quite right.

Only draw back with site is search engine is a little bit strange in finding what you are looking for, it shows a lot of items that are not what you might be looking for.
However in the end you should find just the right supplier for what you want.

Everything was 10 out of 10, I ordered the perfect product and they provided on time delivery. I ordered this product to use as artifical water and it does the job 100 %. I am very happy to have done a deal with them and will do so in the future.

Overall, the transaction was successful and very satisfactory. However, when shipping the goods please do not include the shipment cost. Just declare what is the item's price. If ever you include the shipment price with the item/s you are going to purchase, this will become the basis in the charging of local tax. In terms of tax payment, Just let us pay what is really the price of the item/s. It's the consumers' welfare.

This is the most dysfunctional and awful wedsite I have ever worked with. I emailed the supplier for 8 times and no one answers. Shame on all American businesses who take their business to china. We can make everything in our country with high quality and customer service. We don't have to suffer from Chinese dysfunctional website and their horrible customer service if our business owners were not greedy.

I've purchased circuit breaker from Yueqing High Quality Electric Co., Ltd. through Alibaba.com, the experience was great, I received my product in very short time which was exactly as required with very reasonable price compared to my country but with high quality materials.

The supplier customer service team was following up with me each step till I received the product and made sure it meets my expectations, even beyond.

I would recommend purchasing from Alibaba.com in general and from Yueqing High Quality Electric Co., Ltd. in particular.

Not everyone is honest or can provide the correct information, prices are not what they always advertise, but in general i would say 80% are here for business and are professional.
My good experience that Alibaba refunded my purchase when i had a bad deal and supplier could not fulfill my order.
The bad experience is the communications, some they take too long to reply and sometimes they never do, or if they do they provide the wrong information, be careful and be clever how to close deals.
I made many purchases (more than 2 containers and 5 LCL shipments and few by air) for my company and 95% are completed in perfect conditions.
In my opinion this is the best option in the market for business purchases.

My order was placed right as the Covid-19 pandemic situation was becoming more widely known, and it's understandable that my order took longer than expected. However, the personnel were professional, and updated me as more information became available. My product arrived yesterday, exactly as promised, and quality is better than I expected.
