Sample came out good but there were some errors in the measurement in the interior and exterior of the bag. The hanging hook behind the pouch was positioned very low which makes the bag bend when it is hung up.
Also the Logo wasn't in the right position due to measurement errors.

I will never buy anything on this website... bad expirience ever... no refund back from them, even though i never received the products i payed for. I just wonder if i had a bigger amount of money like 500 or 1000 dollars - and i would lost them...

Never recieved item went back to Customer service all they could say is it was delivered but no one signed for the package. I escalated it to alibaba customer service but that was a joke because there is no buyer protection. They awarded the seller instead of the buyer all i was looking for was a refund or a new shipment since my package never showed up i really don't think it got shipped because no one ever signed for a package.
I have now lost my 2 best customers, I still need the product for my customer but im scared to order don't want to waste another $133 dollars.

I made my order on the 28th of March then got email that my order will arrive 05 May. Hai sure I understood bcz yah its far. I had an issue with a product and went through the trade assurance complaint refund process. However the customer service person is like a robot and could not understand the issue. If you expect good customer service from any of the factories do not use alibaba. The sales people are pushy, the factories do not do QC and will not take responsibility for any issues with their delivered product.

The supplier is very professional and kind. I will surely get my bulk order from them. The goods may have a little problem during the shipping and i received almost50% of the products in good condition, but it is still understandable since there was probably mishandling on the part of the shipper and also lack of protection for the fragile products such as my order glass bottle. But the supplier is very willing to give the refunds on the damaged goods, that why i really appreciate their professionalism...

Do your own sereach as much as you can. Alibaba is good place to find your product or supplier but its extermly challenging to get one. Never rely on the product description provided by the supplier. Most of the description on which a buyer make decision to buy are not correct, same description used for multiple products with different price. If ask for reason then there is no reason. Just try to make up a reason on the run.

Used alibaba a couple of times now and I will keep using in the future. I had a little issue with the bank transfer option so I had to use credit card instead, which was more expensive. Otherwise I felt very safe and comfortable using the website
