For a small company, there is nothing that compares to Alibaba. Over the past 6 years, I have used Alibaba for several of our products. You cannot beat the price and service. You are able to post an RFQ and receive multiple quotes. You can check the history of the manufacturers to see their reliability etc. I have been very satisfied with every manufacturer that I have used with the exception of 1. With them, I filed a complaint with Alibaba and the issue was resolved promptly and satisfactorily.

Everything was good and very smooth.,., Totally upto my expectations. Alibaba is one of the largest store and the good thing is we get the things at cheaper rates compared with the other sources. However, I need to look after the shipping and other charges.

Overall, good work from the team especially Ms. Joy. She managed to provide a high standard of customer service. Did not regret doing business with all of you. Have a great day ahead to all of you and also Ms. Joy. Fantastic experience. Great professionalism.

Easily found the sites searching browser to function well. I looked through sellers in the desired product I was acquiring and asked for a few quotations, the best one I purchased a sample from which was shipped very quickly and arrived fine. The sellers friendliness and helpfulness was great the entire time.

I ordered sunglasses from two different vendors and received them within two weeks time in great condition and exactly what I ordered. I was shocked because I expected it to take sometime due to the pandemic. Will order from my vendors again and try new ones in the future. Thank you Alibaba

The tracking map which Alibaba provides shows that invasive nine-dash line, which in turn is a severe offense to territory consciousness of customers from Southeast Asia countries. At this point Alibaba is the worst of professionalism. A world-level ecommerce portal like Alibaba should have been wise enough to remain neutral in territory disputes between China government and those of other nations. Instead, Alibaba acts like a bootlicking dog of its government and let that aggressive sentiment impeding its business by provoking the fury at the customers. Alibaba doesn't care whether or not there will be nationwide and regionwide boycotts in Southeast Asia countries toward it, does it? Only the fool thinks it is irreplaceable. Despicable!

I am very pleased with how quickly my order was shipped and how easy it was to order. The site is filled with every product I have been ordering from the US. Prices are great and I feel confident and safe sending money. Thanks Alibaba!

Alibaba and team is really doing well, trade assurance is for your safety. Do not fall in trap by paying out of Alibaba even supplier encourage you to do so, when the bad time comes supplier may leave you, but if you have paid by trade assurance you have peace of mind.

After watching a program the other night on people purchasing and never receiving there items I am so happy I use this site. I can find every thing I need and the people I meet and work with are so lovely. Helpful and experienced. Many thanks Alibaba for a very professional site.

The platform is perfect to find item of my choice and quality. But the trade assurance fee is quite higher. There may be some "first order discounts". Also, some functionality is not available in app and needs to visit website for the same. The messaging and ordering environment is perfect, some changes may make other things also perfect.

The selection and service with this supplier were first-rate. I have tried to order from another supplier but after 2 weeks of sending messages requesting confirmation of pending order no response. I am batting 500 so will have to wait and see if I will order again. Nonetheless, the goods ordered were great so I am totally satisfied.

As this was my first time using Alibaba I was overall very happy with the service and the product that I purchased. My only feed back would be when it comes to payment I was a little un certain what to do at this point and it would have been good to have someone to talk to at the time of the transaction as it was a large amount of money to put down on a deposit, but otherwise highly recommend.

There is so much to see. I can find most of the things i want to buy for myself or business use.

However, it would be nice if the site can help to enhance the consumer protection. Or at least make it more convenience and easy for consumer to know that he/she is safe to buy that products.

I am happy with the services offered through Alibaba. I would also like to suggest for us "as buyers" to have place where we can add our favorite suppliers and "preferred quotes from suppliers" in a separate place where we can revisit and contact the supplier again.

It is in my messages, and it is very difficult to find the quotes after a while.

My experience with Alibaba was pleasant. The vendors on the site, for the most part are responsive. The site itself is easy to use, and search for products. If there was a way to "heart" or "like" something without going into the product itself, the experience would be perfect. Purchasing is easy to do as well. Thanks Alibaba!

A note to all those people giving 5 stars to Alibaba. Since Alibaba is just a trading platform, you should be giving those stars to the suppliers that you dealt with and give them the proper credit by mentioning their names.
This way you will be helping a community from being ripped-of by all those scammers out there.

When you don't need customer service it's okay, but if you need help it's not easy. I am regular on Alibaba and have had several bad experiences and ended in horrible ways. But lately I have been able to establish messages with customer service and I have felt a desire to resolve the situation.

I love the end result! Suki was kind enough to make adjustments in our design logo. Very accomodating and friendly customer service. It's my first time use Alibaba & I couldn't be more happier with my order.

I have been very impressed so far with Alibaba. They have provided an excellent platform that allows everyone to conduct business in a very proffessional and trustworthy Environment. Communication is easy and all questions are answered incredibaly fast. This provides amazing confidence in buying from new suppliers.

Alibaba is a wonderful website where you can bulk buy products. It's absolutely amazing since nothing gets lost. You can see where the product is during the shipping in real time. There are tons of vendors to choose from. Some speak English but some don't. It's important to pick an English speaking vendor since otherwise you couldn't communicate properly. I think Alibaba is wonderful for business and i would personally go there any time i would need to buy items in bulk to sell them on other platforms. The prices are really good and the quality is good most of the time. But be wary before buying items in bulk and order a sample since the product might not be what you're looking for.
