Some products I don't have in my country I can order first hand and straight from the manufacturer to my country. Truelly a great service you provide. Thankyou alibaba.

Please buyer be aware of Alibaba.com e-commerce services. The site is full of fraud and scammers. I just got scammed almost 4000USD. Alibaba gave these scammers a platform to do their fraud. Alibaba do not screen the so call suppliers on their website. I don't want what happened to me happened to other people. Please don't buy anything from Alibaba website. It is infiltrated with scammers. Don't become a victim. Stay away from this website.

I have ordered for 2 pants from Alibaba.It is almost 20 days my order is not delivered yet. When iam trying to ask about my order they are least bothered to respond me. After 2 days of conversation i see it is showing my order is delivered on the app. When iam trying to contact them none of them is responding. They have took my money and did not delivered my order they have cheated me.

Love the bag so much. Can't wait to order more and perhaps in different colors as well.it took awhile to get the process going. Communication wasn't always the best but they were still proficient in delivering item and to perfection.

You MUST control companies who using your platform they publish one price and when you thing that you find just what you wish, they ask from you extremely bigger price for same product. After that costumers are angry on alibaba - but alibaba do not doing this, this doing most of users of alibaba platform. The whole process of getting information about the product, ordering and receiving the Item went quite smoothly. There was a small delay getting the item thru customs but I was not expecting them to be delivered in 2 days like on Amazon and I did receive them faster than other items I have ordered from China.

The neck hammock is a great product! It works well for those with neck and shoulder pain. It is easy to use and very comfortable which provides support and relaxation. I tested this product in two ways. I connected the neck hammock to my upstairs railing and on my bedroom door and both ways worked very well. I do recommend adding a demonstration of how to put the product together i. E. Video or pictures of someone putting it together; this will save the customer time and prevent frustration. I highly recommend this product.

The website was easy to use for beginners and It was very helpful for me to use "Gold Supplier" or Alibaba registered suppliers tool. So I can trust suppliers for the products and start the business relationships. On thing I was not sure was a shipping as a new business starter but the supplier was very helpful to explain all procedures and easy to understand the systems of shipping. I needed my sample to be a specific color to test some branding but they sent me black which was not going to work. It would be different if they sent it free but they charged me for the product sample and I paid for shipping so i expected to get exactly what i was requesting.
