Products arrived well packed. However i had a few return/refund requests due to VGA not aligned, products worked only 1 day after that turned dead. I opened all the remaining packages and see it myself, most of them VGA ports are not aligned.

Not Happy with the product quality.

Alibaba just keeps getting better. I love the fact that you can research your suppliers and there are videos explaining what the supplier does. It's really good and well thought through. I would definitely use Alibaba again.

I am very pleased with my LED drawstring bag order. The bags were customized with a logo and the LEDs are really cool. These will help us keep track of and illuminate 100 attendees at a large conference we will be attending. The Trade Assurance made the ordering process simple and easy.

Product quality was very good once you do your homework in sourcing quality products. I am very pleased with Alibaba's way of doing business as it gives the buyer confidence is placing orders by providing the buyer with shipping and product quality protection and offering dispute resolution opportunities should they arise.

Ordered a replacement cell phone screen. Was sent a broken screen. The packaging was terrible. I had to pay for return shipping. Seller said he didn't get it back, and after 6 months "dispute process" they gave the seller the money.

I had pictures, proof, everything. Doesn't matter. They're there to rip you off.

Our experience so far has been great. Not all manufacturers are at the same level of professionalism and experience yet there are many to find on alibaba.com. I have more than once ended up getting better deals than my own planning would have given me.

I was a little hesitant because Alibaba is truly a mixed bag when it comes to getting a good product. Shanghai Best Will Industrial Company, Ltd did a great job with my first order from them. Candy worked with me throughout the entire process to make sure I got what I wanted. I can only speak to what I ordered, which was the silicone wristband bracelet. I will definitely order again.

Had some issues with delivery being misplaced and then stolen. Everyone worked with me to have a fast resolution. I have my product and love it. The only problem I had was with the delivery driver for UPS. The driver apologized and tried to recover my item. I ended up recovering it myself and everyone has been notified and is happy! I was reassured and felt protected at all times. I'm kind of glad this happened because problems like this bring out true business professionalism or not. I'm looking forward to doing much more business. The people and product are exceptionally fantastic!

Alibaba gives so many options. This makes it a bit difficult find your way through the jungle for an elderly person like me. To have different models numbered and have a short description would make it easier. Otherwise it was a good experience with Alibaba. Thank you for your reliable and prompt service.

Alibaba.com return policy is Totally bogus and worthless. They wanted proof and evidence in which I supplied 100% thru there sites messages between me and the seller with pictures of concerns that I would be getting the correct item, after receiving a item completely different. Alibaba.com would not back it up and closed the case with A Sorry. Now out $300.00 and worthless pieces of junk.
