I am very pleased with my experience through Alibaba. At first, I didn't understand all the features of the website, but it doesn't take much to get familiar with it. I am very satisfied with the resources that they provide It makes a difference to feel that there is a moderator that somehow is guaranteeing the transaction, by keeping the tracking of the transaction. The multi-payment methods provided to pay the merchant on this platform are also a big plus. Thank you, Alibaba for the convenience.

I made a mistake when placing the order and wrote the wrong address and realized it after 2-3 days. I was anxious that my order would not arrive at the right address. But I was fortunate to find support staff named Kity Le. She was just fantastic at responding to me promptly and updated me about the order custom clearance and other details. I finally got the order here in California, and all the charger cables are in top-notch quality. Shipping came surprisingly fast with all the Coronavirus troubles going on world-wide.

Jane was very helpful the first day we started communicating. She was able to walk me through the items and dimensions with the products. The product was well made and sturdy. I've done some tests with the items and they are great. The prints of my logo are clear and easy to read.

Company offered free sample. Hind sight I should have just made a small order as I needed to pay shipping and the shipping cost did not match the small size of the sample. I would have been better to have made full use of that shipping charge. The actual overall process was good.

Be ware big ticket item buyers in Canada. The Alibaba doesn't take any responsibility for any issue more they have too much influence on the suppliers on its platform. I dealt with one company named Foshan Honggang furniture company (representative Angela Lee) and even after paying hefty transportation and shipping cost, the item has not arrived even after 140 days. Last year I placed order for some medical supplies and those products were so poorly manufactured that most of the patients got reaction and we were in difficult situation. The suppliers on Alibaba charge exorbitant price for the items and if someone bargain, then they decrease the price. The suppliers have their own choice of forwarder and shippers and they charge different by different supplier.

Nancy was very attentive to my needs. The customer service and products exceeded my expectations. I am very excited to do future business with Nancy and her team. The order was processed in a timely manner. The shipping was fast and had no issues.

I have been working with Bettie Liu to help me with a custom design. She completely understands the project and was very fast to respond to any questions I had which they were creating the samples. She is amazing, and a total professional. I highly recommend using their company to manufactuer any product in their portfolio.

It was hard getting a reply back and shipping was kind of long but, quality over all was good. I did come into a few of the vendors that was very professional and shipping was not bad at all. Yes I will shop again.

I have found Alibaba to be a great site to buy from, but like any site, there are good and bad, once u have found a good supplier why go somewhere else. I won't, very happy with the site and it deserves good feedback.

I have had no issues with any of my Alibaba transactions. All suppliers have been easy to work with and have provided me with answers to all my questions so I have not been surprised with any additional costs. There is a good way to process financial transactions and for me to know where the product is right until it arrives where it is supposed to be!

Here the service is very friendly. The admin explained in detail the product I wanted to buy. After the goods arrive, the results are very satisfying. So I will order here again. This supplier is very recommended in my opinion. And does not disappoint.

This online business makes it very easy to find vendors they have very good quality products for very good prices most of the vendors I have met so far a very helpful very easy to understand and very respectful this is definitely the site whether you're just starting a business or already have one

Based in my experience when i go to alibaba browsing for products is easy because you have chat for every store and easy can get the information that you are not sure.
Also about the payment, i have used Trade Assurance for transaction because in this way i have guarantee for refund.
Never needed to be worry when you have to pay through Trade Assurance.

Sure need to be careful with every company, checking review, testing about what they saying about the product, you need to be sure that you are getting the answer of you question, also need to get with details of product that you are searching for, because you will find some person that tried to not tell the truth.

When you are clear about what you need, also you are convinced about the product that you need and you founded, go through Trade Assurance. Ask seller to add the product with details to alibaba because in this way you have the prove of what you have ordered also again be safe to make a payment through Alibaba

I ordered and paid for an item made by Running Fun Toys in early April. I was told that the item would take just 1 week to make and another 3 for shipment. The first deadline was missed because of a 'busy factory', the second deadline was missed because they were 'waiting for delivery of the material'; when finally 2 months after payment was made, the 3rd deadline was missed; I demanded my money back. This has been a totally frustrating waste of time.

I am a new user to the Alibaba site. I am finding the experience a very pleasant one. The merchants are very helpful and make the buying experience easier then I though it would be. The process of buying and shipping is not confusing and the sellers help whenever there is a question of any kind. I will definitely be using Alibaba for my business again.
