Honestly, the supplier was treated very sincerely. It helped me a lot in choosing a lot of samples, and made a great effort with me to get the best prices for samples, and for shipping. He sent me an increase in samples for free!. The shipping was very fast. I highly recommend this supplier...!...

We are launching a new machine in August and a lot of sourcing had to be conducted during the Covid-19 lockdown. We managed to engage with many manufacturers and sourced unique machine to body solutions which might have been difficult even under normal trading conditions.

Finally it was good but some pages are difficult and communication is difficult too, and they are uncovering costs, on the other hand some providers say that they should pay something they call ali baba quota others say it is not like that, they charged me for it

Pills were delivered unmarked - plane white - no identification markings. Should have been marked HCQ on one side and 200mg on the other side. Hoping they are what they are.

I found out that Alibaba is different from other sites. Folks from Alibaba will even call you. When it comes to shipping you can request how you want your product shipped. The next time I order from Alibaba I'll know better on how I want my product shipped.

Bought this machine 18 days ago from Danrel. They were an absolute pleasure to deal with. The machine arrived via TNT and was very easy to set up. Machine works exactly how I need it to! Very pleased with the good quality and the delivery price. Would recommend it for sure!

The only negative I observed is you start to take a lot more in shipping, most have a deal with UPS etc. so shipping only costs a bit but the dealers take as you just apply UPS etc. and therefore shipping often costs more than you buying for although it can be large amounts and it is not okay

Great site. Just as long as you utilize their "Trade Assurance" policy unless you truly know the supplier, please! Please! Please never, ever send money to suppliers you have no experience with because you may be subject to losing all of your money. Stick to "Trade Assurance" Policy.

For me customer support comes first and i have to say, with trade assurance, the complaint system assuring seller customer agreements, escalating the complaint if necessary made me shop with confidence.

I have ordered a few thing on alibaba but the problem is once they have your money dont ever expect any customer service if something breaks after the 15 days u have to put in a dispute once you receive the proiduct i bought electronic device and it lasted a month i have contacted them 6 time about replacement and warranty its a joke they keep saying they are going to do something and nothing gets done, There are also lots of scams on there who want you to pay with western union do not ever do tjhis use the alibaba pay system with post delivery coverage that covers the product until u receive it and test it out

The service we received was outstanding. Communication was the key factor as we took a very large chance on trying purchases overseas and it worked out very well. The company we dealt with Shenzhen Luchuang Energy Technology Co., Ltd. and there representative Lis Shi provided a very conscientious and pleasant transaction.

There are multiple sellers in one location. The clearer I make my communication the faster and easier the process. I have learned to say what I want and that is all. Make no small talk in the requests. Be polite and succinct. You will get what you want.

Alibaba live chat agents are very helpful, payment is secure I got my refind in two days, which help me another product. I wish it could be transferable from one product to another product, I lost $100 as Alibaba charge me to process credit card payment but it was not refunded.

The Alibaba website is pretty good. Searching algorithms could be updated to provide more relevant results with less duplicate results. RFQ could be better with suppliers submitting offers that are actually similar to the RFQ and not just some random products they offer within the same category. The mobile application has a bit of issues: messaging always has to log back in to update chat messages (logs in in the background while you look at the chat; creates a very slow conversation update experience).
Otherwise, the basis of alibaba is fine. There are ample suppliers, products and options to choose from.
It would be great if shipping was significantly cheaper and if suppliers would actually send DDP instead of saying they are sending DDP but actually only using DAT/DAP...
