Great platform for B2B purposes. I found some great quality products and was delivered on time. I personally feel the communication was responsive and productive which is why it made the products come out the way i expected it to be.

I register in more than 3 years, but with big amount and big quantity i could not reach to purchase until shipment. But now we have small experience for purchasing, get small quantity because alibaba, can allow to get small quantity

My humble request is that, pls do not take any paid package with alibaba. If you are looking for buyers from alibaba. Its almost fake buyers. Most of the buyers even do not read your quotations.

My account is hawked twice in this month. The buyer which i m getting from alibaba is not filtered.

If buyer is really in need of the RFQ material. They will atleast read it. Here they are least bother about their RFQ's. I think these are all fake buyers.

The reactivation services of my hacked account has taken more than 6 days in both the occasions. Which is so poor in any industry.

There are some products that appear in search that are not related. Do not have a filter process to narrow down choices. But in all, I have received the items I purchased.
Only thing I do see is that some items you have to contact a supplier instead of the order button.

The product quality was excellent! The shipping was faultless! The staff were prompt very helpful!

Trade Assurance made the order very easy and smooth. I didn't need to be nervous to place the order (yet I still was a bit nervous until I received them). I could communicate with the supplier very closely. I was not very sure if I could send messages on weekends and holidays.

Skeptical at first but once you find the right manufacturers, you will change your mind about the site. Do your research and don't just settle for the first one you find. Great products available on here!

This website is very user friendly, I was able to search and find supplier with minimum effort. All the supplier I contacted were able to answer questions and solutions for my business, I will continue to use this platform for my futures shipments.

The quick communication and response and the fact there was focus in responding to our emails was the best that this sales person Dylan had. He maintained the thread of the emails all through. Very happy.

Scooter is poorly assembled. Screws are unevenly screwed in and plastic pieces are crooked in front. Handling feels quite loose and steering bushings are not properly made. I had to fix. It's really not much to make the scooter good. There is lack of control in manufacturing process.

Very good communication. After requesting you get a very fast respond and a quick shipping immediately after the payment is arranged. It's perfect for a business. Products are with a good quality and price. LOVE IT!

Alibaba has not thought things through from a customer's standpoint.

The window where you can review a product is WAAAAAAAAY too short.

A buyer should have 3-6 months to review a product after it is received. What are they are traveling when it is delivered, and they dont even open the box until 60 days after delivery?

Also, the dispute process is run by an entry level person in China that has NO CLUE on how to problem solve. They need someone that is educated, sees the big picture, and can apply common sense to resolving disputes.

I decided to give Alibaba a try as it seems just like Wish.com but for large quantity items. The entire process was very much professional and the quality of the items were very satisfactory given the cost of the item was nominal.
